went there today for my husbands birthday they were so polite and helpful as we needed to serve 8 people and they helped with the menu the food was great and fresh and hot I would recommend this restaurant to any one that asks

There is always something missing from my order almost everytime I get delivery. And they won’t deliver what’s missing. Instead, you will have to go to the store to get what’s missing, which defeats the purpose of paying delivery fee AND they will NOT REFUND.

Ordered through app. Told me to come at front counter from drivethru. Waited there for 30 minutes while girls were talking. Ordered corn and they said we dont have corn, you can choose something else. I said i dont eat coleslaw or macaronni and all of sudden corn was available. Gave me corn without seasoning and made me wait 30 minutes for cold order. Avoid !!!!!!

I had a very large order for the lical soup kitchen. The staff were so smiley & kind and efficient! The food was super hot & fresh and made in timely manner that I needed it for.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars and post a review. Ordered two spicy plant based sandwich combos and waited for 10 minutes to receive the order, only to get WRONG sandwiches and STALE fries. While receiving the order i mentioned if the sandwiches were spicy and she went like “ohh…..i guess these are not spicy…………. I can make you spicy” are you freaking kidding me? I would wait another 10 minutes again? Drive thru is drive thru for a reason and they were not that busy to not to repeat the order at window.

If your open till 11 pm then why in the world would u close down the cooking oils at 10 pm ? I'm pretty sure u close down all the cookers at closing time.not before for u convince. I never seen such shitty service and the food quality is unreal how does it pass inspection? Not to mention the price of the food lmfao half the time u dont even get what u order 5 fries and chicken on a bun ... Your a disgrace!!!! Highway robbery should be ur logo ?
I order meal for $50 and I was given incorrect change...After 20 minutes of figuring things out The Manager andSupervisor finally agreed tht I was short change...BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Food took forever to get, and the fountain pop dispenser was completely out of ice, and it seemed like it had been long before I got there to, the food may have only been good because I was starving. Other then the food being okay, I'd say overall it was a shit experience.

They took my money forget one sandwich and said there's nothing they can do about it.. its like throwing away money. Wouldn't recommend if they don't fix issues with customers you could lose out

Waiting time is long, I saw two people leave while waiting to give their order. I ordered 2 sandwichs, one was fresh while the order chicken sandwich was hard to chew and smell bad. Managment need to work on operations at this location.
