I’m sorry but this location had the rudest staff ( today at 6:14 PM ) we went to pick up our online order .. the lady was so rude she took everything and threw it some in the bag some on the counter ! WOW please address this person

Haven't been to a KFC in 10 years because of uncooked chicken ,and it was this one in Orangeville. Thought we would give it a try and that was a bad mistake. The chicken was cooked ok but the batter was gross,when i picked up a piece the batter just slid off the meat,second it wasn't the nice golden light brown it was dark brown and had that smell of very old cooking oil.

Very good staff. I visited on 17 april evening to kfc to grab food. Staff was really good even it was busy and it was late at night but they gave very good service. Manager was really supportive .
A week ago I had a bad drive-thru experience at this location. My food order fell way short of expectation. I called in and had the pleasure of speaking with a very nice young manager, Ravneet. She assured me that she would address my issue and make it right the next time I was in town. Today I returned and she was very pleasant. She remembered everything and took care of the matter in a way that satisfied me and because of her I will not hesitate to return to this location. Ravneet, your customer service is exceptional and I appreciate your dedication to providing quality customer service.

I am not one that likes to say bad things about fast food but this one had me very upset and fuming. Everything was cold and they also did not put the lid on properly for the gravy which ended up spilling everywhere inside the bag. The onion rings where so hard you needed a hammer it felt like. I am so disappointed not often I get take out now I see why cause places like this take your money and don't care about serving good food. Colonel Sanders would be so disappointed 😞

went there today for my husbands birthday they were so polite and helpful as we needed to serve 8 people and they helped with the menu the food was great and fresh and hot I would recommend this restaurant to any one that asks

On April 8th at 10:25pm I did an online order for a two can dine deal, when I tried to go in the doors were locked at 10:30 , I sat in the drive threw for 20 minutes and watched as the female worker ate part of my order with no gloves or hair net on (popcorn chicken) I know this because half of it was missing out of my bag, as she was dry humping the male co-worker then proceeded to not say a word to me at the window due to the fact that she had my food in her mouth. I will NEVER be coming back to this establishment!!

I went there last week(March 2025) because I haven't had KFC in a while and wanted to try it again and I was totally disgusted by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The men's washroom was so terrible and the toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I literally don't know where to start explaining how disgusting, dirty and nasty this restaurant is. The kitchen where you can see your food being prepared is not any better. I'm saying these things lightly. If you don't care about where or what you eat or agree with my review, then by all means enjoy your dining here.
