I honestly don’t understand how KFC allows this place to operate & tarnish the company name. Restaurant is a DISGUSTING mess. Clearly understaffed. Serves cold food. Staff not paying attention to online orders despite not being busy at all.The young man serving me was polite enough. But after reading the reviews & seeing what KFC views as acceptable service I’ll likely never eat KFC again.

What a trash place to spend yoyr hard earned dollars. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo box each for my wife and I.When I opened my sandwich I noticed that it was only a chicken tender in my bun with some lettuce on it. Basically there was chicken on barely half of my bun.I didn't approach the staff about it and they said thats rhe size of it the days. For 18 dollars for a combo plus tax. I feel that the value isn't there. I feel like they are lowering the standards and sizes of things and charging more for a far less superior product.I don't blame the staff.. I blame the franchise.Shame on them

Unfortunately the drinks we received with our combos were flat and warm and we asked the lady at the drive through to exchange them to bottles. She refused and told us her ice machine was down. The drinks were flat and warm and we did not want them. We asked for the manager and she told us she’s the manager with a lot of attitude while laughing at us. She continued to be extremely disrespectful and was not giving us her name when we requested it nor was she wearing a name tag. After asking the third time she went closed the window and came back laughing saying her name was “Shane”. The customer service here is horrible and clearly the food as well. Save your money and go elsewhere. Thanks for being unprofessional “Shane”

On yelp it has 1.5.I ordered a 10 piece chicken tender bucket with 3 sides.Every single food item had hair cooked into it.I'm talking everywhere!!Last I heard hair nets are mandatory in kitchens in Ontario, does this only stand for caucasian employees?Hopefully the food inspector shuts this place down.???

Got a regular big crunch sandwich...pretty much tasteless. Drive through service was very fast, but everybody I saw in there looked miserable. I felt like the person handing me my food hated doing so.

Ordered food thru drive thru. Big crush combo and nachos on the side with 3 piece dark meat meal. Was told no dark meat so I said fine then I want 2 pice white. Go to windo paid was told 5 to 10 mins. Why I don't know. So we sat in parking lot waiting. Guy comes out and handed us a bag and we opened it to find a big cruch sandwich and nachos no fries not 2 piece meal. We questioned him and said we didn't order it. Yes we did so we had to go thru drive thru again. Go home and there was 2 pieces of chicken in the box. Not fries and no fires with the big crush meal. Get people who can understand and speak English. This is ridiculous. We will never go there again. This is bit the first time we have had issues. Would have gone elsewhere bit it was 945 pm and everything was closng.
I spent $80 there and the food was grease and the bag it came in was dripping grease everywhere and the fries were cold and barely any chicken in the bag the inside of this place is more filthy then my dog house I will never go back to this place.They put these BramptonPeople taking orders and you can’t even understand them and they are ignorant and rude I advise everybody stay far away from this place and wears the health inspector ???
