REVIEW UPDATE: truth be told, I did not think that a review would have such an impact. Nick, the new manager has completely turned this place around in my opinion.
Haven’t had terrible service, haven’t had terrible attitudes from staff, and they pick up the phones! May not sound like a big deal, but it is. We go there 1-2 times a week and order on way home.
Nick cares and is a delight when I’m there. GREAT JOB turning that place around!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF A STORE COULD HAVE. They do not pick up their phones, say they didn’t hear it etc etc. I called for 20 minutes before arriving and was greeted with rudeness when I asked if they answer their phones. He told me it’s not ringing when I’m calling it while in store.
I’ve left feedback with Little Caesar’s Canadian headquarters and trying to get a hold of owners of that store.

Their customer service is beyond marvelous. Added everything that we requested and didn't charge extra unlike most other restaurants. Will definitely order again!

When I got home, I was so excited to eat my breadsticks, but they were overcooked and so crunchy definitely disappointing.

My husband walked in to try and get a pizza at 9:40pm and they said no pizza is available and they’re not making anymore pizzas ( they close at 11pm) but need to sell a batch of old wings… get a better staff smh🤦🏾♀️
