I paid about $60 for my wife and I to eat somehow, and the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken fingers from the grocery store are literally better. These had no crunch, they were near soggy and the cost was just BONKERS. I will NEVER go here again.

Was gonna go to Popeyes but decided to stop here to support Canadian. Ordered a 13 piece feast and two big Mary sandwiches. Terrible. Only received 12 pieces and everything was stodgy , soggy crap. The big Mary is known for being extra crispy...not here!
They must be adding water to their batter to cut costs. That's my guess. Garbage
Steer clear

Better than KFC thats for sure. There are some issues with order accuracy. I prefer fries over taters and theres been a few times where I've gotten home to settle in for a good meal only to find no fries.
Their storefront on apps like doordash and skip also need work. When you select a combo it states at the top 'your choice of taters OR fries' when you get to select your side theres no fry option. If you prefer certain cuts of meat like breast for example it gives you the option to select center however the pricing is off. 2.89 for 3 center pieces but I'm getting phone calls that its actually over 5.00 extra to get the pieces I want. Pretty sure thats false advertising

When Mary Browns first opened in Orangeville it was fantastic. The tenders were coated in nice crunchy batter. Lately they have very little crunch. My 4 piece meal today only had 3 pieces and it was missing the centre piece I paid extra for. The food was nice and hot but really not as good as it used to be when first opened.
What is with the broken down BMW that's been sitting in your parking lot for 3+ months?
Great service and the chicken is perfectly spicy

The first impression was not good the cashier was wearing just socks while mopping the floor, and he didn't listen to my order correctly because he had earbuds in which was pretty rude had to repeat myself multiple times
Ordered the K chicken.
Opened the burger to find sauce dripping everywhere.
Cashier / Cook gave me the wrong sauce and drink
Overall customer service was not good.

Very rude staff and poor customer service. Staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Highly disappointed. Not recommended at all.
We weren't warmly welcomed when walked in--just a what do want to order? We weren't asked about "up sell" items with more salads or dessert. We weren't asked to eat in or take our. We stayed but delivered our meal in take out bag...no condiments...
It wasn't busy but tables and floor were dirty. Kinda disappointed.

For one of the many chicken places in Orangeville, Mary Browns isn’t too bad!
So far from the several times I’ve been here now, the chicken has always been moist and pretty good. Franchise wise though, the seasoning is a tiny bit lacking, Popeyes definitely has them beat especially in regard to the tenders.
They do offer meal deals much like any fast food franchise to save a few dollars, so it’s not too bad.
The cleanliness of the place is also pretty good, however the location is still fairly new so that is to be expected.
Hopefully they can keep the standards up by this time next year!
