I almost forgot McDonald’s serves non-vegetarian food after introduction of McVeggie. I am a pure vegetarian and do not even eat egg. These guys served me chicken burger and ate a couple of bites so occupied while watching television at home. Went back and got a veg replacement. But for every one who is a vegetarian, just break the pattie inside and check if it looks a bit brown and greenish with visible vegetables to confirm it is vegetarian before you take a bite..

Drive-thru. I customized my McDouble, so I half anticipated they would tell me tell me to park. Even though there were zero cars behind me, the girl told me to park in spot 1, which I went to do before realizing there was already a car there. In fact all 5 spots were full - it seems that McDonald’s who pioneered drive-thru efficiency are no longer able to live up to their own standards. A different girl brought the food, no drink, had to wait while she went back for that. Fries were warm, not hot. Food quality continues a slow decline while service is in rapid decline.

I’ve only ever wrote one other review in my life, but I felt like it was needed in this case. This McDonald’s is one of the most nastiest ones I have ever been to, and mind you I’m coming from downtown Toronto. The washroom alone is disgusting from the scum on the sinks, to the toilets that don’t look like they’ve been scrubbed in awhile. I’ve waited forever for a wrap. Tables was dirty and had to ask someone to clean them. Garbages over flow. Just terrible.

What a horrible excuse of a McDonald's. Bad service, long wait for simple food and dirty inside. Playplace got my kid sick. Told the employee it's so bad there and he agreed. This place needs new management and a make over. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to and been to a lot. Yuck stay away.

Rarely would I feel compelled to post a review for a McDonalds but this place needs to improve. To begin with the bathrooms were very dirty. I even overheard another patron speak to an employee asking that the bathroom needs to receive attention. Our meal had several errors. Kids meal didn't have fries. No fork for poutine and my double burger was served as a single. Another patron beside us, also said their order had several errors as well. It really didn't seem like there was any leadership at this location.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We are from out of town and stopped here with our kids. The bathroom sinks are so full of built up scum it's like they've never been cleaned before! I noticed right away how dirty the entire place is. Then they messed up our order. Didn't give us 4 items we ordered. We had to go to the desk to ask for our things twice. We're also noticing they are messing up everyone elses orders as well. This is crazy!!!

Men’s washroom is a disaster zone. Had to clean foul stains off the seat myself. The floor is so sticky I think they mopped it with soda.
