I came too the restaurant last night around 12:49 and when I got my food, the fries were hot, but the sandwiches were old and gross where I just threw them out in the my car garbage immediately and I’ve been going to this place a few times now and I’ve noticed some employees smoking weed inside the building. You can smell it in the lobby.

Me and my friends we went to this McDonald’s and it took so long in their drive-through to answer for an order, and after that that person was acting, rude management needs to look at it we didn’t get our food and we left

Took my free cheeseburger monopoly coupon and never even gave me the cheeseburger… they had the top of the bag folded/rolled over many times, which I thought was odd as I’ve never had that in a drive through before. They always leave the bag open so you can look inside. Never noticed the missing burger until I drove away. Makes me believe the staff took it.

We have stopped at this location a few times over the last month.
Everything is good outside of the fact that the employees seem distracted from taking orders and expect patrons to utilize the screens. I find the screens frustratingly slow to make orders through.

They have never gotten the entire order right and if you modify anything you're definitely parking and waiting. Very expensive for poor quality food! I'd recommend going to DQ right across from them if you want a good burger for a similar price!
Worst customer service at drive through. The night staff is very rude . Placed an order for 2 junior chickens and large fries , asked for ketchup, she gave me 1 sachet. Shut the window on my face . I waited 20 mins at the window honked couple of times no response. The worst McDonald’s customer service in the world

Better than other branches. The chicken wrap we ordered was perfect and also the fries in a small size have a lot more fries than the same size at McDonald's in Eaton Center.
