This is the only McDonald's I will use in town. I always get a couple of coffees a day and I have to say thank you for hiring quality people to work at your store. You can really tell that you actually interviewed them and made sure they were a true fit for your established. I have a buddy that I chat with everyday I come there and he serves me at the first window. The girls at the second window always wait patiently for me , because they know me and him always have quick conversations for a few seconds longer while no one's waiting.

This McDonalds is infinitely better than the Broadway location on the other side of town. Faster service, more fresh food, and the managers seem to care for the most part. I've never really had a problem here besides the parking lot being designed by a caveman.

We had a really lovely experience thanks to Matt’s excellent customer service. After placing our order, we were waiting for our number to be called and before we even realized it, Matt came over and brought our food directly to us. It was such a thoughtful, kind and considerate gesture that truly stood out. I made a point of speaking with the manager, Kendra, to share how impressed we were with Matt. She was very sweet, welcoming and genuinely appreciative of the feedback. The space itself is also nice … clean, bright and inviting. Overall, a great experience made even better by the staff.

I've wasted full tank of gas over the years waintg for God knows what. Manger must be scrooge and doesn't hire enough people. No clue

I came too the restaurant last night around 12:49 and when I got my food, the fries were hot, but the sandwiches were old and gross where I just threw them out in the my car garbage immediately and I’ve been going to this place a few times now and I’ve noticed some employees smoking weed inside the building. You can smell it in the lobby.

Me and my friends we went to this McDonald’s and it took so long in their drive-through to answer for an order, and after that that person was acting, rude management needs to look at it we didn’t get our food and we left
Took my free cheeseburger monopoly coupon and never even gave me the cheeseburger… they had the top of the bag folded/rolled over many times, which I thought was odd as I’ve never had that in a drive through before. They always leave the bag open so you can look inside. Never noticed the missing burger until I drove away. Makes me believe the staff took it.

Everything is good outside of the fact that the employees seem distracted from taking orders and expect patrons to utilize the screens. I find the screens frustratingly slow to make orders through.
