The Manager here is absolutely wonderful. She went out of her way to come in on Boxing Day when they are closed to make a large order. Two years in a row!

It was clean........besides that...the subs are not good from this location! No matter the sub, it's like soup on a bun. Spicey Breaded chicken only had chicken on about half the sandwich and the chicken that was on the sandwich, was soaked in sauces and falling apart, even grilled didn't make it edible. The assorted subs are mostly shredded lettuce and again soaking in sauces ruining the bun...save yourself the money and headache n just pour some vinegar and mayo on a bun at home...*the facebook mr.sub page for rolling hills drive doesn't have the option to send a message to, I contacted the main website*

Store was very clean and the woman who made my order, 2 assorted, did a great job. They were packed. She was professional and did her job well …. A little friendlier would have given 5 stars ⭐️… but otherwise, great. Parking can be a little tight.

I usually don’t tend to leave reviews on restaurants but this store needs it for their own good. I came to this location after couple months and with no joke will be my last. I come in for order, they ask me what I want, I order, 1. The eye roll 2. Not able to hear what they say. If I’m paying $30 for a order I wanna see enough toppings on the sub, if I ask for extra “toppings” they look and ignore what I said, throwing the bag on the table like it’s nothing. Just to let u know it’s food that we pay for, it’s not a bag of garbage. I’m sorry but this location needs to upgrade there sense of knowledge on food and how to fully manner it.

Friendly staff. It's nice to see Arzoo, Faith, Donald, Yogi, Darshna, and other regulars as we visit to order our "usual" order regularly. The washroom for the customers is kept very clean. And the combination Country Style / Mr. Sub is great.
