I ordered large size shawarma. I realized it was like small size shawarma. I asked her is it large size ? She said yes it is large size. Also There is little chicken in shawarma . Price is expensive for this. It is not worth it . I will never come back this restaurant again.

I went to this Pita Pit location and ordered 3 large chicken shawarmas with 3 cans of Canada Dry. I was extremely disappointed with the food and value. The shawarmas were very small definitely didn’t look or feel like a large. The amount of chicken was very little, and it was mostly filled with lettuce and other veggies.
For the price of $58, it was absolutely not worth it. The taste was also below average. Honestly, I felt like I got ripped off. I don’t recommend this location at all poor portions, bad value, and not a good experience overall.

My food was excellent. The wrap is made perfect. The taste is fantastic. Staff are awesome. Super clean store.
My issue? I have been 3x and the portion of chicken or steak is dismal and puny. I am not sure if this is a head office portioned thing or a franchise thing. I ordered a chicken wrap and maybe... Maybe there was 3 spoons full of meat. I returned and ordered a steak one and it was the same. The wrap was close to $16. I will go to a shawarma place in town where they pack it with more meat.
Again... The food ingredients are excellent. The staff is awesome. That's not my issue.
I don t think it's worth what they charge. For $16 I can get a shawarma packed with meat.

Treat allergies/dietary restrictions with excellent care and it always tastes great! I have celiac which makes my fast food options very limited and typically just leads to an exhausting experience. Pita pit employees always pay great care when asking for their gf wrap and never hesitate to do more to make it a safer meal. Definitely recommend, especially for my fellow celiacs ☺️

They were obviously very busy with a catering order and obviously understaffed for the day. Everyone was wonderful about working quickly and keeping the people waiting updated on time frame when they would be done. The two ladies working were rockstars getting everything coordinated and made as quickly as they could

I can only imagine how the staff felt as they were busy making orders. Originally I was planning to sit and eat in the restaurant, but I took it to go because i was very uncomfortable.
