Honestly, not impressed, ordered the cheese pull apart, took two bits and realized they were raw, went back to the store, where they gladly remade them though no apology for the mess up, got into my car, checked the remade ones, and raw again. Came back in requested a pizza instead which they gladly made, but honestly a simple apology for their mess up would have been appreciated. As someone who bakes regularly, if they kept a food thermometer on hand then could have simply tested my food and confirmed if it was cooked or not. Pizza was fine, which is why I gave them a two star

I recently visited Pizza Hut, and I have to say the experience was made 10x better thanks to Kimi! She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can tell she really cares about her work and the customers. My order was accurate, the food came out fast, and she made sure everything was just right. Her friendly attitude and positive energy made my day.
If you go to this Pizza Hut, ask for Kimi—you won’t be disappointed! 🙌🍕

How do you run out of personal size pizzas and say they are available tomorrow because we have to make the dough?? So you have dough to make any pizza just not a personal pan. What a joke.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I ordered two of the personal pan pizza specials but was told I couldn’t place both orders at once. I was forced to hang up and have my husband call right after me to place the exact same order. What is the logic there? It made no sense and felt deliberately difficult.
When I arrived to pick up the food, I paid and politely asked for a bag — only to be handed one without any help. The staff member didn’t pack anything for me. I had to fit four hot pizza boxes into the bag myself. One of the boxes wasn’t even closed properly, and every single slice of pizza fell out all over the counter. She stood there and did absolutely nothing while I scrambled to pick everything up and put it back in the box. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
For a town like Orangeville, known for its friendly and welcoming service, this was incredibly disappointing. This is the only restaurant in town where I’ve ever experienced such rude, careless treatment.
Zero stars if I could. Pizza Hut, this was horrific. Do better.

Count your change and get the receipt if it’s the Indian guy at the register. He tried to short me $5 and when I asked for it, he didn’t even go back into the register to grab it so I know he set it aside for himself, thinking I wasn’t paying attention.
