Ordered two drinks today, one refresher and one tea. I watched the car in front of me in the drive thru get their drink spilled on them and their car. I get my drinks perfectly fine, but when i arrive home after a long day at work, pick up my two drinks and my personal belongings, the lid on the tea is fully off. I didn’t realize until i had my hands full. I spilt a boiling hot tea down my hand and into my bags, not being able to put it down with my hands full. This is not the first time this has happened. It is completely unacceptable. My fingers are now swelling and purple. This is in no way targeted towards the worker today, because it is an ongoing problem. However, when i finally got inside, i took the lid of the tea because i didn’t trust that it wouldn’t fall off again. Lo and behold, the tea is still filled to the very brim. I’m not sure how it could possibly be filled to the top after spilling so much of it on myself and belongings. The cups need to change. It is completely unacceptable and an issue like this can quickly turn into a lawsuit. Furthermore, hot drinks should NOT be filled to the brim in any case, as a barista I would know. Thanks for your time.. hope something can change for the better :)

I always receive my food and drinks in a timely manner and it is done correctly.
I've never been told that they're out of something unless it's a seasonal item, but that's very normal.

I love stopping in at this location. The staff are super friendly, the service is fast, there’s a drive-thru, ample parking, and a small patio area. I don’t love the indoor seating, hence a couple stars off for atmosphere, but I don’t ever stay anyway, so 5 stars from me!

0 stars. Nothing like a brown sugar oat cortado with no sugar or flavouring that’s slimy and gritty too. Please do something about this new woman because she messed up 2 of the 3 drinks, and it’s too expensive to pay for garbage like this. She’s not even trying to get regular non-customized drinks right.

So I ordered a strawberry açai with light ice and extra pearls. First the didn’t give me light ice. Also I paid extra for more pearls and they gave me close to done. It’s not that big of a deal but it’s been happening to a bunch of my friends. It also sucks when I’m paying extra for nothing basically.

I'm trying to figure out why StarBucks supports mental health. Every location I go to, I see men trying to be women. Guys, this is mental illness. Go get help, STOP SUPPORTING THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR. Why is this coffee shop the only one doing this? This has to stop. Unacceptable. We don't need to confuse our kids. Mental illness is real, and there are professionals here to help you through it.
