Ordered with being the only ones inside. Noticed the person making drinks was pulling the stickers to service the drive thru first and left our drink stickers on bar. Waited 20 mins until the drive thru finally died down then the drink person, apologized for the wait then left to do something else. The person who originally took out order then came to make it drinks, I guess they are new so they were really slow and confused. Drinks were not good, after waiting close to 1/2 an hour, had to go back in as my daughter said her strawberry smoothie was inedible and extremely sour. After asking for a remake, the drink person then made all the drive thru first then proceed to rush through or drink remake, noticed they were not making it to standard. I pointed that out and they told me oh well, they were busy and I need to be more understanding. Extremely disappointed. Starbucks quality and customer has greatly gone down in the last of couple years. Definitely not worth the 8+ dollars for a drink. Save yourself and go to Tim Hortons across the street, at least you know what you're getting there.

We frequently stop here on our drive to Algonquin but I don't think we'll be choosing this location anymore. My matcha tasted like milk and had crumbles of the matcha powder sitting on the bottom. When I addressed this to the staff and asked if I could order something else, they said that's just the way they make it now and offered to remake it for me. I said, if you're going to make it the same way, then no thanks- can I order something else? And they insisted on making it again, said they would mix it differently this time. The second matcha tasted the exact same- like milk. This experience made me never want to order a matcha at Starbucks again. Too expensive for what it is. From reading a few other reviews, it's clear this location's staff needs some training on drink-making and customer service.

I asked for cold foam cold brew when I got drink it was not what I expected. I did approach counter to fix issue The service counter staff member didn’t seem to know what I wanted maybe new staff. Eventually I got someone to correct my order but not before they emptied some of drink and added cold foam on top but not before charging for the change. $1:52. How is it that they emptied beverage which is worth $ not crediting me for that part but charged me When they have new staff manager should be shadowing them so miscommunications don’t occur.

I wish I took a name to say how thankful I am to the cashier and the baristas helping me today. I had a terrible Tim's experience so I'm so happy this Starbucks was here to save my morning.
I wanted to try the cherry foam but was allergic to milk so the cashier helped me create a delicious cherry matcha with non dairy. I really appreciated how patient and friendly she was.
Everyone was friendly and polite. I loved the weekly riddles while waiting for the drinks. Oops, the lady was probably helping drive through when I asked about the riddle. Sorry if she was! She was so nice about it.
Attached the time stamp so management can find out the sweet staff that day.

Got a Garnde Cafe Mocha this morning and it was so light on coffee and loaded with whipped cream. Probably had less than a “tall” worth of coffee.

was chewing on clumps on bitter matcha in my drink because it wasn’t made properly. Not just the reg amount of little clumps but big clumps of power being chewed. I’m so disgusted right now

The staff here was completely unprofessional ... there were three girls totally non serious. They were just gigling with each other so loud all the time that we sat for coffee. I ordered a chai tea latte and honestly it had no flavour at all.It was really disappointing .
