The staff here was completely unprofessional ... there were three girls totally non serious. They were just gigling with each other so loud all the time that we sat for coffee. I ordered a chai tea latte and honestly it had no flavour at all.It was really disappointing .

A decent place; friendly staff, good availability of menu items. Only one driveway, makes it difficult to enter or exit with traffic on Airport Rd.

experienced a racist encounter with an individual at the cash counter named Stone. He instructed a customer to clean the table and made a derogatory comment, suggesting that the customer’s house must be messy because they did not clean under the table before leaving. He also passed other racist comments.

I have two babies, and today was not my day. Every time I go there is always great Service. Today, this gentleman at the drive thru was a sweet heart… he was genuine, and made me feel a little better about myself. Never got his name. But thank you.

One of the most staff cheerful and friendly Starbucks I've been to. Store is clean and maintains it's excellent reputation for its brand.

Order was fast and on the dot. Parking lot is packed and a bit difficult to manouver though with the many drive thru customers.

Lastly, the also seem to have the new Discover Canada mugs for those that are searching out for them.

Got yelled at for asking about what they have in stock at that time of day… also was given the completely wrong drink. All I’m going to say is if you’re going to say something about a customer over a drive thru headset, make sure you’re far enough away from the headset

What I wouldn’t recommend is ordering online then waiting in the parking lot, then drive thru. Just order at the speaker.

I am shocked beyond belief at the way I was treated tonight at the speaker in the drive-thru at the Airport Road and Highway 9 location in Caledon. First of all, there was no one in the drive-thru and very few cars in the parking lot. I drove to this location from 12 km away. I decided to place an order on the app while I was in the parking lot (I previously had placed one from home and my tea was cold). I waited a couple of minutes and drove to the speaker. It took them a minute to find the order.
After it was found, I proceeded to get a lecture on the speaker system about how you have to leave 5 minutes for them to get the order and prepare it, etc. I was told that “it was ok for THIS time.” The tone used was insulting and demeaning. So, are you meaning to tell me that if I had just pulled up to the speaker and ordered the same items, that you would give me the same messaging? I was so upset about this when I got home that I called the store and spoke directly to the barista. She apologized and proceeded to blame her messaging on Corporate. The solution was for me to call Corporate. They will be passing this incident on to Management, as it does not reflect their expectations. If you want to avoid a lecture, don’t order on the app or better still, go to another location. I guess I need to pull off the road 5 minutes before next time? However, there will NOT be a next time. I don’t go to Starbucks for a paid lecture. I am DONE.

Busy place at 2pm, with the drive-thru. Inside in the afternoon we were the only ones there until a guy came in for a mobile order. Cute seating area in one corner. Lots of tumblers on display for purchase.

The coffee delivery area had a pool of liquid on the surface and no one seemed to be concerned. They delivered coffees around it.

The washroom was in good order but the door closed hard on me and nearly took out my shoulder. I tried to tell the guy behind the counter who’d taken our order but he was distracted by the headphones (drive thru orders maybe)?

While walking the Bruce Trail I was happy to see the trail went right by this Starbucks. How often can you stop for a tea or coffee in the middle of a hike? It was so nice to sit on their little patio and have a hot drink before heading out again on the trail. They were super friendly at this location and despite being on a busy road the patio was really nice and relaxing.
