I visited here few days ago. Must say customer service was really good. A girl named Prabhjot kaur with positive attitude working well, the way she suggested me the best option in menu was highly impressive. Keep it up 👍

I went today at 9:20 . Worst customer service . She didn’t know how to make sandwiches . She was pissed after seeing us may be because we went 15 mins before closing time. Didn’t even ask if we need to get it toasted or not. No communication, very rude. Never going back to this location.Also , she didn’t even give the bag for sandwiches and I had to pick sandwich from her side counter . Worst !!!!!!!

Was just in there. It was about 9:45pm. When I walked in I was not greeted with a hello or hey how's it going. She was talking to someone through her airpod in a different language. I said Hey hows it going and got no response just a dirty look. I stood there for a bit before she even asked what I wanted whilte still talking in a different language in front of me. When she was making my sub she through it all together like a mess. This location is the worst in Orangeville. Every time its rude service. If you want to get good service go to the one by c-line. As i go through these reviews there seems to be a pattern of rudeness. The owners do nothing about it either as this is a regular thing at this location. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I wish i could give this place a negative star as they are truely the worst subway ever!!!!!! also very odd that the owners don't address any of these reviews... U WANT AN EXPLANTION FROM THE OWNER THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!!!

went an hour after they opened, had high hopes that i would be getting fresh product assuming they start fresh with their veggies daily(especially if it looks shit...) well that didnt happen, every container looked like it was yesterdays product, lettuce was turning orange and everything looked dried out. very skimpy with fillings as well. oh and the bottled pop was flat and close to expiry. for the price they charge these days its kinda disappointing
Vegetarian options: they have veggie patties but they didnt even have any made so they told me no. pretty sure they only take a few minutes to heat up but okkkkay

Staff members not friendly. The Floors inside location looked like hadn’t been swept in a while including the tables, the toppings on my sub were not generous at all , my bottle of Diet Coke tasted flat and stale and my cookies I got with my combo were very dry and hard.
Rude. Maybe because I didn’t tip on my single sub takeout order.
