went an hour after they opened, had high hopes that i would be getting fresh product assuming they start fresh with their veggies daily(especially if it looks shit...) well that didnt happen, every container looked like it was yesterdays product, lettuce was turning orange and everything looked dried out. very skimpy with fillings as well. oh and the bottled pop was flat and close to expiry. for the price they charge these days its kinda disappointing
Vegetarian options: they have veggie patties but they didnt even have any made so they told me no. pretty sure they only take a few minutes to heat up but okkkkay

Staff members not friendly. The Floors inside location looked like hadn’t been swept in a while including the tables, the toppings on my sub were not generous at all , my bottle of Diet Coke tasted flat and stale and my cookies I got with my combo were very dry and hard.

This is a well-located spot for us to stop and get subs to go, midway during our drive from the Greater Toronto area toward Grey-Bruce cottage country. The food and service were good, as expected.

Went in, the male there was making 3 pre orders subs and told me it would be a minute because he had to make those first. I said sure, no worries. (I’ve worked in food, normally not how that goes but, I wasn’t in a rush) The women was outside on her phone, came back inside, and just threw on gloves. Didn’t wash her hands. It is quite literally the bare minimum to wash your hands. Multiple people touch the door handles, that is your personal device with however many germs there are. Cleanliness is a bare minimum in the food service industry and in general. Please teach staff to do better. Sub was also disgusting, meat was dry, burnt bread, gross location.

Terrible !!!! The Indian Lady Rushed and Threw everything together not taking the time to make a Good Sub. It was a mess !! Not following my online order. I got very few vegetables when I indicated ‘more’ on the app. This employee may need more training with The Subway ‘Craft ‘.
