Always fresh ingredients. The service is amazing, the young man and woman working today were so pleasant. Definitely going back.

After I saw the video of this place not excepting a box of poppies to support the veterans I will never support them.
Subway used to offer good value for your money. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. You don’t even get friendly service anymore, and the sandwich artists acted annoyed that we came in. Mr. Sub by the hospital is better. They may be overpriced but at least they have customer service skills.

We have been eating regularly at this subway, but I am soon going to stop because I’m not impressed with the cleanliness of the furniture “upholstery is very dirty”, and crumbs on the floor and tables that all rock, none of them are steady. I also enjoy fountain pop and now they’ve taken their machine right out.

Staff are not friendly any more, very rare I and other customers get treated with kindness & respect Very Rude customer service.
Very poor customer service. When we entered the restaurant, the staff member didn’t greet us or acknowledge our presence. He continued his work without saying a word—not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “please wait.” As someone who also works in the food service industry, I understand the importance of making customers feel welcomed and respected. Unfortunately, the way he served us was careless and unprofessional—it felt more like a charity line than a proper restaurant experience.
This has been the second time we’ve come to this specific location and the guy that works is extremely condescending and talks and looks at you as if we’re supposed to do his job for him. I asked him “can I please get xyz” and the reply was a scoff and sure ig 🙄🙄 and if I asked to change smth it was made to be my issue. Totally uncalled for I don’t want to be treated with sass and disrespect when I’m politely just asking for something. There’s absolutely no reason to treat someone with hostility. I would love to speak to management about this.

Terrible service. Guy making my subs was rude, and got annoyed when I asked for a bag to put my subs in. He didn't even ask if I wanted a combo. Terrible service.
