Worst subway ever...don't go...coupons don't make a difference... they don't honour them... only went because of the coupons... support Canada and go to Mr. Sub...would give them no stars but not even an option... I believe all 3 stores in Orangeville owned by the same person

I can’t even explain my disappointment so I’ll share it in pictures. No takeout container for their nachos!??? Wtf subway. The tomatoes are the size of loonies so even getting extra doesn’t do anything. Freezer burnt veg. Honestly, two subs, one combo, $30, not worth it!
Everything was out of stock, they charge for credit/debit, strange signs on the door saying we don’t hold cash overnight. These things are all part of the guest experience and it wasn’t good in my opinion.
The customer service was efficient.

I’m traveling so stopped here when the opened to pick up my lunch for the day. According to Google and their front door they open at 7:30, and I stopped in about 7:35.

I was told that they did not open until 8:00 and was asked to leave. Guess they don’t want business.

I went there around 9.40pm. I got footlong with veggie patty. The patty inside the bun was cold as she grab from the fridge and she directly put it to my sub. I came here couple of times the guy working here made my sub two times and it was so delicious. This times I just waste my money.

Not the greatest experience at this location, felt the veggies were not fresh and bread was stale, also staff was not very friendly.

We visited this subway first time and we didn’t like the services and the food. We ordered 2 foot long and the amount of chicken they put in was very less as if they have counted 2 small strips per 6inch. There was hardly any pieces in it. We thought to call them back to complaint but were closed by that time. Will never visit this location again.

Me and my friend visited there last night and the server name arazpreet was so rude and it happened second time. When we ask for a veggie patty then she rolled her eyes and making different face expressions. Her customers service is not good

Ordered a salad bowl. Server was rude. She put barely any lettuce in the bowl and then rolled her eyes when asked for more. Didn’t bother to take the time to cut any of the vegetables as they do at other locations and the ingredients were not fresh. The avocado and lettuce were visibly brown. Don’t bother going to this location.

This was a mediocre experience the people working behind the counter can’t understand English to well, energy is off, sandwich was made half decent. I wouldn’t come back tot this subway.

Subway really has gone downhill. Ordered chicken onion teriyaki and got a overpriced cold, poorly made sub with terrible service on top. Won't be coming back.
