I've ordered three separate times here and they've gotten my order wrong every time.This last time they put jalapenos on which I have a very bad stomach problem with i will never order from this place again.

Ordered two gluten free sandwiches, both came still frozen. They need to do better training at this location. And they don’t answer their phones so couldn’t get this resolved. Disappointed.

Service was whatever the guy didn’t know what meats were in each sub. Just like any other subway clean and spacious food is whatever. Nothing crazy.

I order from here as I work down the street. Lately I am always getting very stale flatbread and Its not toasted when I ask for it toasted! (I mobile ordered). I won’t be going to this store anymore. My colleague whom I also got a sub for her bread is also stale and hard.

Ordered a pizza sub with bacon, capicola and marinara sauce. Small piece of very thin bacon was added, at an extra cost of $3.29 and no marinara sauce. DO BETTER SUBWAY!! I will just order from Firehouse subs and Mr.Sub for now on.
Just left after watching staff ignore about 5 or 6 customers IN the store standing in line, presumably for online orders.
Food may be good (never gonna know cause I may not go back), but service severely lacking

Had the worst food poisoning of my life last night after eating a steak and cheese sub from here.
A regular lunch spot for us. Wish they’d bring back green olives.

I love subway but recently I had a very bad experience at this store. I got very uncomfortable the way they treat there employees is not good. There was an Indian girl I believe she was new nd nice to be honest, before making my sub she changed her gloves, I miss ordered but she just smiled and said it’s okay I will correct it.., she changed her gloves again for meat nd veggies… she was smiling all the time unlike other employees like the guy prashnt I’m gonna talk about, But a few minutes later when I was sitting l nd enjoying my meal I saw a guy with specs (prshant)screaming at her on the counter she was just making a sub for a customer he started screaming at her for putting more lettuce I guess. She tells every customer she is new and so everyone is easy on her and no body is in hurry and that’s actually very smart of her but I think employees should not be treated like that… moreover that customer didn’t said anything he didn’t even knew what was wrong coz he’s a friend of mine. But one should not scream at their employees at all nd definitely not right in front of customers. Sejal is the name of the sweet girl I believe. She was still smiling after all that… that poor girl.

Horrible experience on 13 Jan around 4pm. I saw a different chicken and asked him which is that and he said I dont know...i forgot...i thought its fine..happens...and then when he was throwing veggies on the sub i was literally amazed...we paid almost $40 for 2 Footlongs and he was putting veggies only in the middle..so asked him to atleast cover the sandwitch...why i will eat other halfs empty...he put 4 small tomatoes on footlong...i had worked for years at subway and even told him..6 tomatoes goes on a footlong or atleast cover the space..and what he told me was THIS IS WHAT I AM TOLD TO DO...even asked him is there a manager...he was very rude and careless....you should be thankful even in these times you have a Job...and people coming at your store in storm you should know how to serve them....I will call the Head Office as well....Is he not given Training or what is his problem...HE REALLY NEEDS A LOT OF TRAINING....or sit home if you cant make a simple sandwitch....

the employee with the beard is literally so rude, he made it a problem because I had cash to pay with, and on top of that he slammed and slid my sub to me. Everytime I go in there he has an attitude I’m not sure what his problem is.

Sandwich was “toasted” but cold, bread basically ripped apart when being put together! Worst subway ever! Overpriced, and so not worth it! Stay away!!
