I walked in and 2 of the 3 staff were standing around on their phones by the drive through window and didn't come to serve me. I asked one of the employees if the chicken is made to order since there was no one at the restaurant and couldn't smell any food or oil in the air; they turned to their coworkers and started talking in another language before simply answering, "it's fresh!" I was happy with that answer despite being uncomfortable so I asked about my coupons and how big the container is when they all started a conversation in a different language and ignored me. I told them that "they were very unprofessional" and walked out. This location is definitely in need of a more diverse team of employees. The bathroom was freezing, filthy and out of tissue paper.

they handle money and food without changing gloves, staff was rude and willing to refund my order. I paid for an extra side for popcorn chicken and they did not put it in the bag. Terrible place.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS NEGATIVE 12 STAR* Do not get tricked into tipping on takeout when paying for your food. !!!!!!!!!DO NOT TIP ON TAKOUT AND ESPECIALLY ON THESE INFLATED PRICES!!!!!! They do not accept most of the coupons on the app. So I had to pay almost $13 for three tiny tacos with very little toppings inside and on top of that, they have the audacity to ask for tips since when are Taco Bell franchises allowed to ask for tips prior to preparing your food. Tips are meant for restaurants after you have been served food to your table.

OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! What a joke this Taco Bell is in Orangeville on Broadway. The service is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for 3 hard shell taco supremes take out. The shells were broken, very sloppy and small amount of toppings that didn’t even fill the broken shells. The tacos were gross. They raised all prices $12.50 for 3 small tacos and to top it off they have the NERVE to ask for a tip on the machine. Since when do you tip on fast food take out? This is pure ignorance and I will not be supporting Taco Bell or KFC ever again. If you want cold, crappy food and service and be tricked into giving a tip, well then this is the place to go! Absolutely disgusted with the audacity and the utmost ignorance. They should be 100% ashamed!!! I give a -12 STAR!

Grabbed takeout. Gentleman at the counter was very nice. Got home with the food and seriously had a wtf moment. There was no meat or cheese and very little lettuce and tomato in my crunchwrap supreme! The only thing supreme about this was the disappointment ? I cannot believe they charge almost $15 for this combo,,,literally a fries and warmed tortilla...

Placed an order over an hour before closing time, got here at around 10:20. When we got here the tablet was off and they didn’t even know we placed an order. Ordered 2 bean burritos and they said they had none and could give us beef or we can come back tomorrow for free bean burritos. Been waiting for almost half an hour trying to figure everything out, they refuse to refund cash for the burritos because it was done through skip not their app

Service is absolutely terrible. I witnessed a customer who waited half an hour to get a refund on an order that was totally messed up. The employees couldn't have cared less. Thought it was a joke. It was like watching a bunch of kids at recess. Sad times

Just awful in every way. It took the worker behind the counter 10 mins to put my order into the computer. Then it took almost 30 mins to recieve it. While I was waiting to the side I could see my order piling up on the pass window, but she just kept taking more orders and didn't pack my food up till it was sitting there for 10 minutes or more, I felt like jumping over the counter and packing it up myself. Meanwhile there are workers standing in the kitchen barely moving or lifting a finger to complete all the orders the girls kepts adding. Once we finally recieved the food it was stone cold, and missing 4 tacos that were ordered. She pack 50 dollars worth of food into one large takeout bag basically threw it all in a fries supreme spilled out all over the rest of the order. The tacos and the fries were all missing ingredients and had barley any filling in them. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I jsut visited to the location for dine in. I ordered a 11.99 box and they said it will be ready in 5 minutes. I was waited almost 20 minutes in store. If you want to check; please check the cameras for the front of the house. Then i go the counter for checking my order they discussed between what i ordered and where is my order. Then lady said it will be ready in 2 minutes. I saw they started making my order. This is completely ridiculous. I already paid for my order and left the store without food as i am coming from 3 hours away and getting late. They were just wasting time for Gossip and making fun while on shift.

Need to put better menu choices on the board. Couldn't find a basic beef burrito listed with price. Ordered 2 with a drink and it cost more than $10 which doesn't sound horrible at first however when you finish one in three bites, it really isn't worth it. They were very small and unsatisfying. Now I need to go McDonald's for a Big Mac or something.
