every time I’ve been to this location, the food has been terrible and the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in my life. These workers do not deserve a job. They are so disrespectful and I’m extremely disappointed with my service every single time I would not recommend going to this location if you want good food or someone who’s not gonna disrespect you to your face. if i could give negative stars i would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Once me and my family went up to order one of their workers rolled their eyes at us. After we ordered and one of my family members went to use the restroom it was out of service, no sign we had to ask why it was locked. Then after we received our food there was no ice, again no sign. And once we got our drinks we went to eat and my chicken quesadilla did not have any sauce, half of it was also empty. Needless to say, do not come to this location, their service is terrible and they don’t make the food right.

Got to be the worst KFC Taco Bell I've been to. All around poor service. Considering opening up my own franchise to provide the area residents with great quality food since this location really needs improvement.

Specifically wanted the new items with black beans, so I placed an order online and after 25 minutes of waiting I asked where my food was and they told me the order had JUST arrived 1 minute earlier, which is not true. A further 5 minutes passed before they informed me they did not have any black beans, which was the sole purpose for my visit, and the regular mush beans are not an equivalent substitute unfortunately so the food was not quite what was expected. The bathroom had not been cleaned in awhile, the toilet was broken and somebody had left a beautiful gift in the bowl. The restaurant was absolutely freezing cold and my plan to eat-in was thwarted by this so I was forced to leave and eat my food cold at home.

Everytime i go the employees are extremely rude and rushing you, one girl in particular. I ordered one taco and fries and she just tells me my total, didn’t even ask if that was everything, i told her i wasn’t done, ordered one more taco and she gave me a combo? Didnt repeat the order or anything 😂. Also how are you literally out of baja blast, cinnamon twists, and cantina chicken? I work in food service but this place is disgusting and they have no idea what they are doing.

Horrible, definitely not the same taste as a taco bell from any other city. This location is by far the worse place I've ever eaten, food portions are off, wrong sauces used, the consistency for a franchise is missing. The team should be changed, tried to give it a chance for the second time, honestly its not worth it.
