We had a 7.30 reservation. Arrived on time. Sat and waited 15 mins before anyone came to our table. They came back 5 mins later with water, then took our order. Waited another half hour, appetizers arrived, but we had to ask for our drinks again. Mains came, but our table hadn't been cleared of our appetizers plates, so waitstaff juggled clean and dirty plates, 3 of our 4 meals arrived, 15mins later, the 4th meal arrived. We had a dessert which was delicious, left the restaurant at 10pm. Very very slow and unorganized meal. Will not be revisiting.

I’ve been at the craft many times, this is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to , no one in Toronto or Woodbridge have a better pizza , I’m Italian and know real good food. Chef here is really good, pizza dough is incredible and I think chef Paul must spend hours preparing the pizza dough.Service is good and the prices are really good for this type of fresh food.Today my wife and I had a fresh salad and sheared a pizza. We also took home an order of spaghetti and meatballs, and Penni bolognese, we ate that for dinner.Outstanding

We hadn't planned on coming here, the other restaurants we had on our list were closed. We are SO glad it worked out this way. I cannot say enough about the food and how delicious it was. Service started out a little rocky, but the server took note and was apologetic. We went with some basics, spaghetti and meatballs and the diavolo pizza (we're spicy fans). Neither disappointed! Pasta was perfectly cooked, meatballs were very flavourful. Pasta never usually blows me away, but this one did. The pizza crust was delicious and the spicy level was spot on. We'll definitely be going back. My only complaint would be that the 9oz wine is nearly $20/glass, which is excessive, but that seems to be a thing these days at a lot of restaurants.
Had the bruschetta and tagliatelle with sun dried tomatoes and artichokes. All was delicious. I have ordered pizza from here as well and enjoyed it. Everything here seems to be of good quality and prepared correctly.

This place should be your go-to if you are looking for homemade pasta and pizza in town. Between my husband and I alone we have tried three different pasta dishes and three different pizza's all were delicious. It has many vegetarian options (appreciated) and meat options alike so you can easily please both vegetarians and carnivores in your party. The NY Cheese pizza also comes highly recommended by my toddler who (at not even two years old), eats close to half of it on her own.I also love the location of the Craft and if we are attending an event on Broadway, this is our go-to. The restaurant is tastefully appointed and you don't feel crammed in. Also, in my opinion a giant plus for this restaurant is that they have the best highchairs I have ever used at a restaurant - very nice wooded highchairs with a full tray (Kudos to whoever picked those out!!) which makes it so much easier and more enjoyable to dine there as a family with my toddler.
