Question for Cakes always provides me with amazing birthday cakes. They will take my inspiration and improve upon it, far exceeding my original ideas. I also love that their cakes are nut-free. I started purchasing cakes from them years ago for my children’s birthday parties and have continued doing so for milestone adult birthdays. This bakery is such a gem for our community.

I have been going here since I was kid and absolutely love everything from their cupcakes to cookie. It’s so hard to find places that are 100% peanut free and it makes me so happy to be able to eat here comfortably!

I loved my recent experience with the team from Quest for Cakes! I asked for a cake of my dog and they created the masterpiece pictured. Not only did the cake look great but was also a treat for the taste buds. The ordering process was simple and everyone I spoke to along the way was very pleasant in answering my many questions. Wow! I can’t believe how amazing this bakery is! I sent an email of an order I would like and Pam reached out to me about 1/2 an hour later to confirm the designs and her input on what would look best for my cookie order.

Thank you everyone at Quest for Cakes for providing everything for a large Birthday celebration. The cake with the pictures on it was a huge hit and tasted amazing. The pulled chicken was a crowd pleaser with the fresh buns topped with coleslaw. The broccoli cranberry salad was so perfect and wow super fresh!! I had a guest who has a nut allergy and was overjoyed they could actually have cake. That was one of the most memorable parts of a fun filled evening. I can honestly say every single one of my guests thanked me for the food.

We love their sausage rolls, homemade summery salads, frozen take home meals too.

I’ve ordered cupcakes here before and loved the design. I’m not exactly sure what happened this time around. I order a cake provided inspiration photos but the cake didn’t look anything like my inspiration photo, even with the colour changes I requested and what I asked to have written on the cake “happy 30” I think there may have been some miscommunication along the way. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to address it when I picked it up as I had multiple other things to take care of. I ended up having to take it apart once I got home and fixed it to my liking. Overall tasty treats but may not be the right design.

The taste and service both were terrible. Ordered a custom cake and ended up getting a plain white icing cake. After some conversations with the manager, I was able to get my cake fixed but icing was hard as rock and the cake was dry .

Everything is great quality. Staff is very kind. They make nut free versions of desserts such as macarons so that people with allergies get to try them. 10/10

When speaking to the shop manager by phone or emails she was helpful, pleasant and followed up to make sure everything was going to turn out to my expectations.
