I went there today for some breakfast on the way to work. Got a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and a BLT on a bagel. The herb and garlic looked and tasted expired, it was chunky and I couldn’t get through more than a couple bites. The BLT had browning lettuce was absolutely disgusting and burnt. Never EVER going back to that location

I ordered a coffee with three cream and three sweeteners and made sure they heard that right but I still got black coffee. The filipinos who work here mostly get the orders wrong.

This tims is a solid 3 star from someone who’s been going for 6 years solid every morning around 5am. On the weekends the food/drinks will be awesome. But in the morning the drinks will be made differently always, and the farmers wraps will be folded incorrectly. Also even when i initiate conversation “Goodmorning” it’s always silence as a response.. Which i suppose is fine but i’ve received much better service from other locations. Solid 3 star location.

I was going to order something after i used the men toilets. It was so GROSS that I changed my mind about ordering anything. To the manager! you need to keep minimum hygiene standards at least. The floor around the urinal was full of urines in the middle of the day, not even at the end of the shift. And the faucet was out of order too

Very quick service and I got n Iced Coffee with Oat Milk and Espresso Foam and it was really yummy! There were a lot of flies in the restaurant which was kind of annoying and created some sanitary concerns. But otherwise was great.
We always go to this Tim’s which is close to my house. I have a mixed experience with the employees. Most of the time no issues with drive thru . Especially a girl in the weekend is super customer friendly and very kind . My wife always told that girl is her darling .But some employees are rude not meant for Orangeville Tim’s. Please try to be nice to everyone .
Parking: They have lot of parking spots. It’s a multi store plaza parking shouldn’t be a problem.

Just left good old tim hortons at 46 Broadway in Orangeville. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. From the person taking the order over the failing intercom system and lacking in proper communication skills, to the fact that you, order an extra large coffee that they only fill halfway, to missing parts of the order to, not even being acknowledged at the widow when paying, no thank-you no anything. What a disappointment!
