I went through the drive thru and had order 2 sandwiches and 1 drink I asked the lady if she had my 2 sandwiches and her response was very rude and full of attitude but agreed she had 2 sandwiches I get to the window and pay for my order and they only gave me one sandwiche I tried to explain to the manager what happened and she became rude and threatened to call the cops because I was asking questions. I would never recommend this place to anyone as they have poor communication and staff with attitude issues also the sandwiches I got was burnt and cold so I was not happy

Flies....employees were to busy screwing around to notice customers waiting to take their order. Flies from their bathrooms were in the restaurant, all over the pastries and landing everywhere 😳. More bugs inside than there was outside. Disgusting floors and tables...definitely not using chemicals for cleaning...no wonder there are bugs. Could hear foul language being used by employees...unbelievable.

They can't seem to get food orders right. Thought it was just a one off the first time then now twice in a row the food is made wrong. I saw their order screen shows the correct order so they just can't read the screen and follow instructions.

Very disappointed with my order today (Sept 30, 2025, around 10:00 am). I ordered two hot steep teas, but both were served completely cold. This is not acceptable for a hot beverage. It felt like a waste of money and left me with a very poor experience. I hope the store improves the quality and service going forward.
