Ordered a chicken rice bowl via drive thru , shocked to see that there is very less quantity, even less rice in it . I know this as I order it every time in other tims. Felt like scam

I usually don't complain as I've worked in food service, but this location is completely ridiculous. I stopped at this location this morning around 7:15 am to get an iced coffee and a scrambled egg wrap. I am lactose intolerant, so I always order my coffee with almond milk and even confirmed it at the window yet it was made with cream. I also got a scrambled egg wrap because I don't like the round egg, and they made the wrap with a round egg. Earlier this week, I stopped in for an iced coffee and was given a French vanilla, I didn't have time to have them remake it, but this is a consistent issue. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, don't bother going to this location, they will make it however they want

Terrible service at this location. Showed up at 10:30 am on a Sunday and in store service was closed. Holy crap. This is not a real Tim Horton’s. Lots of people came and walked up to doors and found them locked.

This is one of the best tim hortons I have ever been to, they had one customer complaint and were able to handle it with the utmost professionalism I have ever seen. They were fast with my order and were extremely friendly.

This place has very rude people. When I ordered a chicken loaded bowl, it virtually no rice at all. I asked them why they don’t have rice on it then they said, ā€œThat’s how it is comingā€. You need to pay extra to get rice. They said Tim Hortons is cutting down in size, making food portions smaller than the original. I can understand this place has 3.7 stars since they’re very cheap and you don’t get the portion size that you pay for; Initially ripping you off. Go to another Tim Hortons and save your money, this place isn’t worth the hassle. I’ve been here a few times, every single time I’ve came here they coincidentally don’t have grilled chicken. Always offered crispy saying they don’t offer grilled chicken, when in reality they’re being cheap and lazy. Hence they are trying to make more money reducing food portion sizes that’s supposed to be equal for the price that you pay.

I was in the Tim Hortons earlier today and witnessed a young lady being quite rude to the staff because her order was taking ā€œtoo longā€ or something alone the lines. The restaurant seemed to be very busy, and those young workers were doing their very best to serve everyone quickly and with a smile. I just wanted to leave a little note to say how much I appreciate their hard work. They did not deserve to be spoken to like that, nor video recorded, and I hope this kind message helps brighten their day. Keep up the great work
