I go here regularly. I have had very few problems. My biggest challenge is that they sometimes run out of the strawberry filled donuts relatively quickly. The servers are generally pleasant and polite. The food quality is good and they get my order right 98% of the time. Orangeville is lucky they have this location. Compared to some others that are further east, this location is very good.

I ordered an iced cap abd other drinks and I want to highlight the outstanding service from Aman. She was incredibly busy but still managed to serve with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Her hard work and dedication truly made my experience special. She deserves recognition for her excellent service!

one server for cashier and take order prepared them but 4-5 people stand free served only one car looking at people waiting for order inside what type of team work is it. 3-4 server just chilling and gossiping at least help there team mate if there is no order on drive thru they just stand and chill donot care about people are wait inside.

Stopped in on the drive back from Owen sound. Clean and friendly Tim's welcoming efficient staff and fresh donuts and coffee. They got it right!!!
Went through the drive through got a bagel and coffee and got a burned bagel I was not happy at all Will not go back to that location

An Indian girl took my order and punched items that were not available at the store. Then I had to choose another thing that I didn’t want to buy. She was not ready to refund for the items that were not available.

Grabbed a coffee from the drive through just before 3am. The place looked like a complete disaster from what I could see through the window. Stuff all over the place was filthy. He was literally kicking things out of the way and stepping over things coming to the window and the window itself had dirty objects all over the sill and that too was in his way. Absolutely disgusting! The guy took almost 10 minutes to make 1 coffee and he made it wrong. I asked for a 2 cream 1 sugar original roast. What I got was a cup of cream and sugar and a spash of a very burnt dark roast ontop. Took one sip and threw it out. Waste of my time and money. I will be calling corporate about this.

The new renos make ordering more difficult. No 1 knows where to stand....ends up being a bunch of people crowded around the new community table. Some direct from staff would be helpful (people came in behind us in line & complained to us about the same thing) Otherwise, standard tim hortons
