On the evening of November 11th, around 6 PM, we ordered two coffees. Our coffees were nothing like what we had ordered. They were sugarless and tasteless. This had happened to me once before when I ordered a DD coffee, and they gave me a sugarless one. I don't want to say anything bad about anyone, maybe they were having a busy and stressful moment, but please understand me as well. I just want to drink the coffee I ordered, not the one the staff interpreted.
Pretty solid and fast service with order and delivery. I recommend this location because you will not be in a long line and they are very efficient and fast.

Worst Time Horton's ever. I ordered large iced coffee with extra cream and sugar. First the staff made a medium one and I said I ordered large. Then she made the large one. But the iced coffee she made is really hard to drink. There very less sugar and cream and too much coffee. It's really hard to drink. They don't know how to make and the attitude of those two girls in closing shift of the shop is really bad. They're not even checking or making the order properly. They didn't even like if I said the order is wrong. Very rude way of attitude towards customer's. A blonde hair girl and a black haired girl was on duty the time I visited the shop.

Purchased a steeped tea from this location today the cup was not even filled to the line if their lacking steep tea you should not serve it like this and they had to be told to mark lids with 4 different drinks so we didn’t have to guess what each one was and the server never greeted or said anything not very pleasant experience
