Ordered a roast beef sandwich and got it and the beef was freezing cold like it had not been cooked. This is disappointing and completely unacceptable. The staff had no respect and was completely rude when i had brought my sandwich back in freezing cold asking for a new one. Had given me no apology or a sorry that this had happened either.

Honestly I don't even know what to say I went through the drive-thru ordered a medium double and a bagel double toasted extra butter

I checked my bagel the amount of butter on the bagel in all honesty would have been enough to put lots of butter on about 12 bagels it was ridiculous but honestly that is not the problem, it's the attitude of the staff and how ignorant they are and how they throw the blame on the customer by saying that I got what I asked for, it is honestly a joke how far this franchise has fallen and it's BC the employees simply put don't give a $Hi+
