Excellent service! Drive-thru staff member Cass was so friendly and efficient — she truly made my morning. It’s always a pleasure stopping by this Tim Hortons when you’re greeted with a smile and great service!
It's great through the week, but twice now, when we've gone on a Saturday morning, they are out of everything. How, at 9 AM, are you out of eggs? Bagels? Muffins, cookies? Maybe late in the day, I would understand, but someone is clearly not forecasting very well to be out of everything this early in the day. Service, however, is excellent!

I checked my bagel the amount of butter on the bagel in all honesty would have been enough to put lots of butter on about 12 bagels it was ridiculous but honestly that is not the problem, it's the attitude of the staff and how ignorant they are and how they throw the blame on the customer by saying that I got what I asked...
