UPDATE OCTOBER 2024 - They are still a miss ot hit with their cold brews!

UPDATE JUNE 23 2021 - they can't make a vanilla cold brew properly everyday, I told the cashier that it was made incorrectly, I've visited all week and it was made properly, they kept putting milk into it instead of sweet cream. They made it for me twice today, and both times it was served wrong. Disappointing.

I reside in the area. I used to come by very often, now, I try to avoid it; for the past 1-2 months the service has gone downhill.

My orders are incorrect, I am missing an item or they just served me the wrong item altogether and insist that this is what their manager told them to do. (I ordered a cherry slushy for my kids, it did not look like a slushy! I ended up taking it anyways because I didn't want to argue through the drive-thru. My kids disliked it because it tasted like Chai - Cherry with Milk = NOT A SLUSHY, consistency was of a shake, and it is not even on their menu?). Only 1 time have they offered to correct their error and provide me with the item I purchased, which was not given to me.

I'm also discouraged by the very long wait times, extremely long lines in the mornings and afternoons, as of the past two weeks, i have been avoiding the location. Not to mentioned very strange visit last week when anything I tried to order they would tell me that they had ran out of, literally named every donut, cookie or muffin = nothing available.

I hope that things improve, their turn-around has been high, always a new face. Unhappy customer, I miss the better service.

Stopped by to grab a drink and a bite to eat this evening. Your employee took our cash payment and gave us the appropriate change while warning rubber gloves, he then proceeded to handle bun's , lettuce and other food products with the same gloves that he had just handled moneys with, without changing gloves or washing his hands. When confronted we got a blank stair by this employee and then finally put on fresh gloves not before he made a sandwich and handed this off to the unsuspecting male in the black pickup truck going through the drive through. This is gross and unacceptable. Feel free to go through you cctv camera footage between 5:45- 6:10 pm this evening and you will see this event transpire. You need to deal with this, as it is unacceptable for people serving food to the general public.

First visit, the staff blended the espresso with the ice Capp. Second visit, I asked for it not to be blended, but was told they never do... 🤦 Third visit, they blended the espresso, again... Just can't win with these guys. The coffee is fine, donuts a lil on the stale side. Farmers Breakfast wraps are good, even though wrapped improperly.

Earlier they were good now their service is slow rude and improper. Even they reduced quantity and quality

Service is lousy and ridiculously slow. I waited 12 mins just to get served when no one is in front of me. They are so focus in their drive thru customer that they forget customers inside the store is just as important.

The store is very disorganized, garbage is full and overflowing. People are getting upset for the long wait of their order.

Ordered food from here on Uber eats didn’t start making the food for over an hour and then cancelled the order after waiting about an 1 and a half hours instead the expected 30 minutes and then i had to call Uber eats just to get a refund horrible management.
