I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. I politely greeted her and proceeded to order my coffee and iced Capp. She made my order and placed the coffee and iced capp on the counter without saying a word and gestured to the straws instead of handing me one with the order. I politely thanked her but I was a little offset by her rude demeanour although I was still polite with her. Not impressed with the service.

Changing my 3 stars to a 1 star. These guys just can't seem to get the order right........ever. I go here 2-3 times per week, because it's close to my house and over the past 6 months they have a 90% error rate. My orders aren't even hard. Crazy.

I was in line waiting to place my order when one of the staff walks out to their car. They grabbed all their rubber car mats and walked right back through the sitting area dragging his dirty mats into the back kitchen. Where he decided it was appropriate to hose them down..... Absolutely vile that these people work with food.
