3/5 times I get a coffee when I order a steeped tea. I always have to smell it before I drive away and if I don’t check every time it’s a coffee!! Always at this location, not sure why this is that difficult!

Don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. They legitimately screw up part of my order almost every single time I go there. The most recent time is the last straw for me, I ordered 4 things and were either wrong or had issues. Wrong breakfast sandwich, wrong drink and a donut that wasn’t edible because of how stale it was. They really need to find some new staff to work here because clearly the ones they have either just don’t care or can’t do the job properly. One or two times is whatever but when it happens all the time it’s a problem.

Reasonable service . It’s very clean and tasteful furnishings . The manager was present and watchful . I miss it’s original location on First street .

For the 100th time after ordering a large black coffee and receiving what could only be explained as a full medium. This time I turned around I usually call and they advise me to come back and they will give me a free coffee which I am always grateful for....bit this time I decided to go back personally and ask to speak to the manager.......well, James looked confused that I wasn't happy with a 3/4 full cup and proceeded to pour me a new coffee. James gave me the coffee and when I addressed the fact that I come in 2 times a day and spend on average $10 per day i would have expected a gift card for 5 and that is when I noticed 2.15 in his hand, he was going to give me my money back but I'm not interested in my 2.15 back......if I didn't turn around and come back then sure replace my coffee in good faith but I circle back 10 km to address the issue that happens everytime I order coffee and you think c9vering my order is OK....I dont. Not by a long shot. I own a business too, never in a million years would I just replace the broken part I installed without compensation!

So upset. I go here everyday and order a large vanilla ice coffee. At least 7 times now they have forgotten to add the vanilla. I ended up throwing it out or having to come back to get it fixed. By than I'm late for work. Very frustrating
Very friendly staff and service is very fast. Yesterday I ordered a iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich . It is very delicious. I recommend everyone to visit there.
