First off she handed me 4 lg coffees in a broken tray that almost broke in half when she was handing it out the window. Then I get home and im enjoying a coffee when something goes into my mouth! I pull the cup back and in the mouthpiece there's a paper cardboard piece of garbage sticking out!!

I walked in to order a coffee and an iced cap. The lady at the front was busy so I patiently waited for a few minutes. When she turned around and saw me waiting, she huffed as if annoyed that I was waiting to order. She then approached the counter and said nothing. I politely greeted her and proceeded to order my coffee and iced Capp. She made my order and placed the coffee and iced capp on the counter without saying a word and gestured to the straws instead of handing me one with the order. I politely thanked her but I was a little offset by her rude demeanour although I was still polite with her. Not impressed with the service.

Changing my 3 stars to a 1 star. These guys just can't seem to get the order right........ever. I go here 2-3 times per week, because it's close to my house and over the past 6 months they have a 90% error rate. My orders aren't even hard. Crazy.
