I’ve been to so many Wendy’s, but this one is the worst I’ve ever been to. The food is not fresh, and the trash is overflowing and not cleaned. The restaurant is in terrible condition, as if it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The fries were so cold, and the chicken patty felt like it had been sitting in oil for days. The employees are also chattering away inside.

Ordered a chili for the first (and last!) time. Was horribly surprised to find it full of large chunks of what they said was burger meat. Pieces 1/6 to 1/4 the size of a burger! Trying to break them up did not help.
It should be ground beef not slabs of 'meat'. It was not good.

Gave me the wrong order. After asking them they checked and gave me only half the order . When questioned again, they checked their system and gave me the remaining boxes with out even an apology .

Went through drive-through last night was immediately greeted with hostility over the Intercom, I ordered two bacon eaters and a snack wrap, but for some reason, the screen was showing me that they added a chicken sandwich and I confirmed with them that that was not what I wanted. After asking him to repeat my order, he became very aggressive over the speaker basically shouting and I found it very strange, I could still see the wrong item on my bill, but I said OK whatever I’ll come to the window. I pull up to the window and he immediately handed me my receipt here check he says aggressively. It was printed before I even paid which I also found strange but it was in good order so I said OK perfect. I paid I left. My items were not as requested and I didn’t have time to go through the drive-through again because it takes 45 minutes Just for them to serve you. Also note that if you ask for anything extra like sauce, etc., they will not give it to you because they’re extremely cheap no matter how many times you ask for it. One time I went in I asked for extra ranch they gave me nothing on my sandwich, I said oh can I have extra ranch on here and they’re like here take some packets I tried it taste totally different. So next time I went in Same deal barely gave me any sauce even though I asked for extra and when I asked them to remake it they told me no.

Went to Wendys for a quick little dinner and the man wearing the hat tonight(unfortunately i forget his name) taking our orders was very nice and helpful. A+ on the service buddy

I think its about time this Wendy's hires some staff with some respect and customer service skills.

I literally won't be returning because of these two ladies that work the drive through. I went today on 10/23 while they had their $4 Dave's single promo. The girl had the worst attitude when I was ordering. As I pulled up to the window, she didn't waste any time throwing the debit machine out the window, literally almost hitting my driver mirror. No greeting nothing, trying to rush me through. I said may I know how much it is because I actually have cash. She just stared at me holding the machine almost in my window at this point. There was no one behind me so I waited. She then muttered something in another language to her coworker and finally told me my total. I didn't even finish handing her the money when her coworker was reaching around shoving my order into my hand.

Everytime we come here thru drive thru , no one at the intercom greets you if you're slow we get that but at least acknowledge the fact that you're short staffed but don't leave the customer hanging. I often wonder at times if there's anybody working when i'm waiting at the intercom..

So disgusted with this location. I haven’t seen such a dirty restaurant such as this one. Food all over the floors and counters. Garbage over flowing and employees touching food and carrying food around while touching cash.
Our burgers were red inside. Needless to say we were in an out. Don’t waste your time and money on this establishment.

Personal preference, of course, but I dumped Wendys in general after having an absolutely dreadful hamburger that I returned half eaten to a clerk. Didn't want a refund, but I never went back. It was not this Wendys.
