Unfortunately I have to give a star to post this was there today ordered onion berger combo with large drink and pull apart Cinnabon well the pop taste like sugar water not Coke at all discusting the fries was only half an order the Cinnabon special supposed to come with small coffee did give me it or even ask if I wanted it then after I asked for it they said "oh ya well give you a small coffee" which I asked for cream and sugar they gave it black as I pulled out of the drive through I noticed this I was late for an appointment otherwise I would have gone back and thrown through the window and to top it all off my order came to $1975 I paid cash a 50 got back 30 dollars and 20 cents the STOLE 5 cents this place is pure garbage and Wendy needs to remove this place from it brand NEVER AGAIN !!!!! THIEVES

The bar is literally on the floor for fast food and it is still packed wrong. And because none of their burger paper has identifying packaging, you can't tell if it's wrong until you open it up; usually when someone gets home. Ordered a JBC and a double cheese burger and got two, jr cheeseburgers. Read the screen guys.

Never get my order right. Its the 3rd time in a row… how hard is it to make a double jbc with everything in it? Lack of training by management and a huge language barrier.

You can not keep expired food items active! the bun smelled like mold! there are very strict time rules to keeping food paltable even for fast food. this why customers need to wait for certain items because as soon as the bell goes off, they must throw out food because it is not servable.

Second time I’ve been to Wendy’s and they don’t speak on the microphone. I drove up after waiting a full 7 minutes at the microphone and they refuse to serve me. What’s with this place ?I’ve never even got to have food there.Lol this place feels like a sick joke every time I try to go or order.
Line was huge, garbage all over, we left before we ordered out of disgust. This place needs some love. What happened to pride of ownership, culture, cleanliness, self respect and customer service?

To be fair I can no longer stomach any of the fast food chains. Operating hours and familiar consistency aside, there are plenty of Mom and Pop competitors that offer substantially better products. Fast food needs to up its game thanks to the search engine and it's about time.

an after dinner hours visit specifically for a Portabella Mushroom Melt...way smaller than pictures advertised, 1 mushroom and a couple tiny fragments mixed into the cheese sauce, accompanied with 1 lonely strip of bacon, sadly left me unfulfilled...i bit hard on the smokescreen posters and paid a hefty price for a underwhelming culinary experience

The place was packed. One booth had someone sitting there not eating just playing on his cell phone. As a senior who had surgery on her leg, it would have been nicer to sit there in the booth. We also noticed he had his feet on the bench. Not good. The food was ok that we bought from Wendy's.
Closed at 10pm on a Thursday.
Can't go wrong with a Wendy's burger and nuggets.
