Well this is a first. The first time I have EVER walked out of a restraunt. Yesterday (march 28th 2024) my boyfriend and I went to wild wings 1 other table of 2 were in the restraunt. We ordered 1 Pound of wings each. About 20 minutes later another man came in sat at the bar (regular I will assume) after over an hour of not having our food I got up to look in the kitchen no fryers were going no cook to be seen and the young blonde waitress was too busy flirting with the 50 + man at the bar ... 10 minutes later the man at the bar got his food .... after he had arrived 20 min after us. The waitress then said your food will be out in a minute... another 15 minutes and still no food. We paid for our drinks and left ..... they still had not even started our order. Will NEVER RETURN TO THiS POORLY RUN RESTRAUNT and let me add the owner I am assuming was there as he was doing an interview with a young man. No apology from any staff no nothing. I am not one to walk out or be rude to a waitress but, this was nothing but poor service on all ends

I happened to walk in to Wild wings Saturday evening with a group of 4 (no reservation) . I have to say the two girls really hussled to meet everyone's needs. Although we had to wait a bit (totally expected) I have to give them a round of applause. I have never seen two servers run the way they did. Great job girls, with a well deserved 5 star review!!!!! You both deserve a big GOLD star from your table of 4 by the bar!!!!

My hubby and I decided on a whim that we would go into wild wings Saturday evening for a bite to eat. They were slammed to say the least. We were not in a rush till we decided to stay. Considering they had a whole hockey team ahead of us the service was top notch!!!!!! Thanks girls for accommodating us in such a hectic situation. Great job!!!!

Went last weekend and it was a horrible experience. There was a group of us and I had made reservations first. They packed us into a booth which was totally wrong but we dealt with it. The food was excellent but we sat there for 1.5 hours then finally went up to them and asked where our meals were. Don't know what happened to our order but people were scrambling. Waitress dropped the cutlery on the table not even wrapped and still wet from the dishwasher. Will never go back.

Janene was our server. She was very friendly and attentive.
Horrible experience. After waiting two hours and 15 minutes for our food we finally left. Several other tables who arrived after us received their food. The owner/manager took no responsibility. We went with a large group but booked ahead and they said they could handle us. Choose a different restaurant- this place needs to be accountable for their poor service and lack of customer care.
