I visited this location around 3:30 pm on Friday, October 17th. Haven’t had any meal the whole day due to busy work schedule. Saw this Tim hortons nearby and thought of having the best meal which I can have. I ordered a Crispy Habanero Chicken Wrap but was given a Slow Cooked Chicken Wrap instead. On top of that, the wrap was extremely watery — it was practically falling apart and hard to eat. One can easily know by looking at the wrap sheet how wet it could be. I couldn’t go back to get it corrected, and I had been hungry all day looking forward to a proper meal, so this was really disappointing.
Suggestion for improvement: Please ensure orders are double-checked before handing them out, and take more care in how the wraps are prepared — especially with sauces or ingredients that might make them soggy. A bit more attention to quality and accuracy would go a long way.

I’m honestly impressed at the speed of this Timmies first thing in the morning.

At least grill it properly

This place consistently makes orders wrong - food and drinks. By the time you realize, you’re already on the highway and it’s too much of a hassle to turn around. Highly recommend going to a different location.

The Tim's and their employees were great! The gas station employees were less excited to be at work.

I don't know who the bathroom cleaning duties fall to but ,it was disgusting.

It makes me sad how far the overall quality of product and experience has slipped. The food here is neither fast nor cheap anymore. It took 25 minutes for two coffees a bagel and a garlic bread! They made my bagel, cold and burnt with a Blob of cream cheese the very centre of the bagel and no where else. The garlic bread took way too long (it’s literally a bun with cheese, no cutting or prep really required) and despite asking for extra garlic seasoning it was still barely dusted with any thing. Do better timmies. For your staff and your customers.

I honestly don’t think I have ever gotten what I asked for here. They don’t cook fresh things every day. I went in for a muffin, and the outside was warm, but the centre was still frozen. The service is terrible. The workers just stand and talk in their native language and take their time getting to the mic or the cash register.
