Ordered a Turkey club today, 4 slices of turkey piled to one side, 1 tomato slice on other side, lettuce on other side , and one dab of mayo! 8 dollar sandwich made like this. When we asked for it to be redone, they laughed! What service !Manger did come and fix it!Update, now there is mayo for days ! What a joke of a place.

This has to be the worse Tim Hortons I s ever been to not only is the service super, the customer service is just as bad. Went to go get a coffee waited at the drive-through for 15 minutes. Once I got my coffee it was burnt. It wasn’t even the correct order. The employees didn’t even apologize for the long delay. Will never go to this Tim Hortons again I suggest you wait five more minutes and go to another one. It’s not worth it the wait to Receive bad service and a horrible tasting coffee. ☕️

This Tim's is a nightmare. We came through and tried to order Tea's and Timbits. We were told that unfortunately they can't make tea. We tried to ask why, but they ignored that. We then tried to order Timbits. We were told that unfortunately they had none. I have had problems before here, but this was unreal. We ended up driving to Newcastle where they had friendly staff and plenty of anything you ordered. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this Tim Hortons

Absolutely hate coming here in the morning, the lady with the Karen cut and glasses, with extra weight is always sooo rude. It's almost like she is too inconvenienced to even be a little nice. The only saving grace with this store is the wonderful young woman with the dark brown hair. Always pleasant to deal with, extremely friendly, I want to say she may be a manager? She has had on a grey shirt before.There are some very snobby women working here, I'd suggest getting coffee anywhere else but here. Staff is awful

Fast and friendly service in a clean dining area. Food itself is better than most Timmies I’ve been to. The French vanilla isn’t diluted as it often is from other locations.Great pit stop on the way to Kawartha from Toronto.

I used to work at this location. They treat their staff HORRIBLY! I was constantly overwhelmed and very often yelled at by managers there.on one specific occasion when I was 14 and working there a customer made a very inappropriate comment towards me and the manager saw this happen and did absolutely nothing about it.On another occasion when we got a new manager she treated me with no respect and even yelled at me to the point where I had a panic attack and had to leave the floor for a while.Do not go here and do not fund them. They are money hungry leeches. I’m glad I’m out of there.

i was going back to home;toronto from work and i found the tim there and thought i could get crispy chicken. i came in drive thru took the order and continued my driving without seeing but when i opened in thinking i will eat but instead of chicken they gave me beef and beef i dont eat. its like a god to me which is worship as i m hindu. This is ridiculous. Never coming back there
