I had absolutely horrendous experience going to the 7-Eleven off of Cedar and Wentworth in Oshawa Ontario. I have never in my entire life felt so degraded as a customer while spending my hard earned money at an establishment. I am honestly sitting here scratching my head on how these employees still have their jobs, as I had talked to locals and they told me that this is normal behaviors as this is what to expect and how to be treated when being served at this location. The staff are rude they truly do have absolutely no customer service standards. In my opinion, they all require retraining. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of using this location unless it's an utmost emergency to avoid this location at all costs. I would not spend my money at an establishment that doesn't value it.

Does 7-Eleven is absolutely ridiculous I have never been to such an unprofessional place in my life the staff are rude inconsiderate and unhelpful have absolutely no customer service can care less about the customers if I could say more importantly I have seen bugs at this location shop here handful of times never again no more I've learned that lesson in my opinion I would strongly suggest to anyone unless it is a dire emergency stay clear of this location and more importantly do not under any circumstances eat here as the staff are uncapped unclean and obviously do not manage this facility property as it is filthy

I have been coming to this location for the better part of 8 years just for the convenience but I will be in admittance that they have some of the worst staff and customer service you could ever find and apart from that do not eat their food considering I have seen a more than one occasion cockroaches at this location but tonight took the cake very disappointed that I've wasted so much time and money at this location I will be making a formal complaint to head office in regards to tonight's situation as I've taken all the employees names despite my rudeness they really lack at their jobs

Stopped in at this location on my way home last night around midnight and the young lady working in there was a pleasant surprise. She was most helpful and even went above and beyond to ensure I got freshly prepared chicken wings. I'm accustomed to staff in there most of the time while not exactly being rude, they don't go out of their way to be helpful either. Kudos to this young lady!

An employee harassed my girlfriend today after another customer pre-paid the wrong pump. They told my girlfriend she stole his gas and proceeded to antagonize her after she already offered to pay for the gas she mistakenly used. All she did was filled up her gas on an open pump… no fault to her but the employee didn’t see it like that.From all these other reviews I’d say it’s a theme… stay far away, I know we will be.

I just stood at the counter, 5 full minutes well employees did skip orders, and counted cash… they did not acknowledge me at all, then a women comes in and instantly gets cigarettes, all well I’m standing directly in front of her at the counter… I just walked out cause the amazing of disrespect.

Was here earlier tonight I had bought two 500ML coke bottles and because of my reward points I got two free slices of “pizza” and when I got home my fiance ate his before I did I took one single bite and alll I tasted was stale pizza that felt like it had been left out all night,I immediately spat it out it was disgusting my fiance on the other hand didn’t get as lucky as I did to taste cardboard pizza he got the worst of it and he tasted sour cheese and immediately threw up ? normally I love 7Eleven but not their food definitely won’t be getting anymore pizza ?

So, let me tell you about this wild circus I walked into – used to be my go-to store until this whole sideshow kicked off. There's this old dude, calls himself the manager with a mustache to boot. He's the grand maestro of rudeness, picking on staff and playing detective accusing folks of swiping Slurpees. Because, you know, that's the hot item everyone's stealing these days.The best part? He targeted me, a loyal customer, and had the nerve to inspect my tote bag! Apparently, he's on the lookout for covert Slurpee smugglers. Can you imagine that, stuffing a Slurpee into a tote bag? Like, really? I've requested a ticket to the 7-11 corporate comedy show; maybe they'll figure out this magician who thinks he's the manager.And let's talk about his English – let's just say he's on a first-name basis with grammar. I asked for lottery tickets, and the dude hands me the wrong ones. Then, like a magician's finale, he laughs and bolts, leaving the poor girl to fix his mess.Oh, and get this – never seen him before! For four whole years, it was a lady running the show, and now we've got this joker in charge. Count me out until they hit the reset button on this whole "manager" situation. Dude's too busy chatting up the staff while we customers play the waiting game at the cash counter.Cheers to the circus, but I'm out until they find a real manager!Thanks!

Your staff is ridiculous. They harass people and wont continue on with the purchase unless you put in your phone number for rewards. I watched one of the managers tell a child to put in their parents phone number. I understand the program helps the store but to bully people into joining the program or stopping a purchase over the program is pathetic. If a person says no than leave it at that. Today, i gad a lady cancel the transaction because she forgot to ask about 711 rewards. I was actually kind of excited i didnt get asked about the rewards. Please teach your employees to stop harassing customers about the program.
