Me and my husband ordered two burgers with bacon on drive thru. Both them came with one single piece of bacon! My husband walked inside the store and asked for more pieces of bacon. Any other fast food restaurant put more than 1 piece of bacon inside the burger. The lady refuse to fix and charged $7 for 4 extra pieces of bacon (two for each burger). That’s ridiculous. I’m not eating there ever again!

I've only been to this location twice to order coffee and both times I had to wait at least 8mins. Both times withing a couple of weeks. First time I went inside so I decided to take the drive-thru the second time, same results. I know they don't specialize in coffee but there's no reason I should be waiting that long. I asked them why it always takes so long and he told me because it's fresh and ppl don't usually order coffee that time of day lol. Meanwhile I've been to the Courtice location many times at different hours and not once did I have to wait that long. The one time they had to make fresh coffee it only took 2mins. So if you ever want coffee don't go here unless you don't mind the wait.

Ordered 2 meals tonight ($55) to receive cold, hard and rotten food. I cannot believe that this kind of product was being served as acceptable. The standards have truly dropped from what I remember as an acceptable food safe product for the customer.
