Always some good high quality burgers from this restaurant. My personal favorite is the Uncle Burger if your looking for a filling combo. There food just seems to taste fresh you know. 😆

I ordered drive through. I ordered a chicken sandwich, onion rings and a latte. I received french fries instead of onion rings. When I went back through the window they asked for the french fries back. This is concerning from a health and safety point of view. But the staff person told me that they need to count the fries at the end of the night. Okay. I received the onion rings. They tasted like they had been cooked in fryer oil. That was weeks old. Similarly, the chicken and the sandwich tasted like it had been done in old oil. Definitely a negative experience.

Please for the love of god go back to the old chubby chicken patty, the patties now are so depressing. How can you even call that a CHUBBY chicken? Might as well change the name. Also it's too expensive, if you're going to sell this diet sandwich atleast lower the price. $10 just for the sandwich is highway robbery

They never give fries with combo it’s been 3 times that I drove home where I see my order without fries 😢 pay for nothing that’s not fair!! A&W your customer service needs to do better.

Slow slow slow service. Everytime I'm in the store it seems like they go nuts to serve the drive through and when I'm in drive through, I'm stuck for 10 mins. They are just slow. And it's too bad cause I do like a and w food better than most fast food. My advice: try to find a different A and W. This one sucks a lot.

A&W is always worth the extra cost. The staff were friendly and quick, welcoming customers and taking orders (unlike other fast food places that ignore dine-in customers). The food came out quickly, with the staff bringing the tray to your table. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The food was good. All of the things you would expect from an A&W location.
Ordered a kids meal with apple slices. The apples were dry and brown. Had to throw them out as I could not let my child eat something rotten. Also asked for raw onions on my burger and got caramelized onions which tasted horrible. Just a bad experience and feels like a rip off of money for how much we spent and actually ate.

went with my daughter and had an amazing experience! i personally love A&W but this location in particular, deserves the 5 star review! this is the first location i’ve been to that actually gave me a frosted mug! which, in my opinion, completely enhanced the food and experience of dining in. they also brought our food to our table and the fries were served in a mini fry basket 😍 LOVE! lastly, they didn’t charge me for the jalapeño ranch sauce and they also had their onion ring seasoning available which was amazing! 🤩 i put it on my fries and burger! told my husband about all of this (he loves A&W too) and he said we HAVE to go! service was exceptional! 🍻
