This A&W branch staff needs to be replaced immediately. not once, many times I ordered burgers with out bacon, but i recieved with bacon. then i take it back, they took time and i missed the bus and gad to take uber that cost me $10. the food preparation staff doesn't pay attention in details of receipts. also they prepare food without gloves. i decided not to buy food from this lication anymore.

i orderd a&w for lunch thinking i would get a good meal i orderd my burger with chocolate milk excited for it since i dont really like soda i take a big sip and feel a chunk of something in my milk i spit it out and the taste of spoiled milk invades my mouth i threw up and called them to get a refund and get told the only thing they can do is give me another free chocolate milk im very disappointed and will never order from here again

Every time I go there they never seem to get my food right and I’m always waiting 20+ minutes for a single item, and they can barely understand English to the point they will just change my order to something completely different.

I had come for lunch and upon receiving my drink I had placed it on the table and went to wait for my food, upon returning to my table my drink was leaking out from the bottom of the cup and spilling on the table, I had gone back to ask for another drink and explained what happened. The staff at the till stated she can’t give me another drink because she doesn’t know what I did with it, while waiting for this answer I noticed the staff in the back preparing food without gloves, and the staff at the till handling money then putting her bare hand over fries and putting them in a bag without washing her hands. I brought my food back and let her know I will not be eating it due to the unhygienic and unsanitary nature of the establishment and requested a refund. She had let me know it’s not within their policy to wear gloves. She gave me a refund in cash and said it was due to her debit machine not working, even though I had just used it. This was an awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I just recently went to this location and noticed they are not using any gloves. Absolute disappointment, I also watched lettuce and tomatoes slide off a burger being prepared and was just put back on the burger like nothing absolutely disgusting!!

Had a teen burger combo for lunch there yesterday using the app. Really good 👍. The burger began to fall apart by the time I finished eating. Still good.
