A&W food is always good, but their coffee beats any other coffee shop around
February 6th , 2025, at 5:05pm, 2 works on duty, man taking orders is not welcoming at all, was rather rude and seemed annoyed I even wanted to order, no manners, I work retail customer service myself as a manager and honestly there was no customer service skills, being professional is not hard to do , personally I think you should train your staff to be more welcoming, food was good so nothing bad to say there.

The lady work at the front is very rude. I usually order through the apps. They have got the Mobile app updated today. They haven't got my order for some reason. I understand that. But the senior lady just said she didn't get the order and left. Even I showed her the order in the app, she just ignored and didn't try to find the solution. I have to find the other staff to help. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and an apple turnover. I have been told the apple turnover is needed another 5 minutes. After couple minutes, the senior lady just rapped those 2 chicken sandwiches to me and said there is no apple turnover in the order. The other guy just step out and said just 4 minutes. I am just so pissed. I seldom give out 1 star. But that senior is rude to so many people.

Was the absolute worse takeout hamburger I have had in the 50 years I've been alive. Dog food or worse. Gallon of kitchen on soggy onions on a burger a bit bigger than a toonie. Shame on this product.
