We spent $55 and ordered 4 plain fried dumplings, but were given stuffed jerk chicken dumplings instead. When we explained the mistake (the order was for our kids who can’t eat jerk chicken), staff refused a refund and said the person who handles refunds wasn’t there. No alternative or solution was offered. Very disappointing experience.

Overall the oxtail was very delicious and fresh. Very generous portions, very tender and juicy and authentic jerk a bit on the pricey side buts it worth it . The Patty's are delicious as well. Very good Customer service always very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Allwyns jerk. 👌

The best Caribbean food I've ever tried. Jerk chicken sandwich with hot sauce blew my mind. Jerk chicken side dish was fenomenal and my wife's oxtail plater too. Almost no need to chew this food, it just melts in you mouth. We are from Ottawa and we're just passing through but we will make sure to visit again.
