Allwyn's Jerk in Oshawa has become my main go-to spot whenever I'm hungry and want food that is delicious, reliable and relatively affordable. They serve the best tasting jerk chicken I have ever had and I've quickly grown obsessed with their chicken sandwich. The staff is also very amicable, accommodating and welcoming. I highly recommend checking them out, especially if you're into jerk flavoured food. You won't regret it.
The food is actually good. The 2 star rating is for your Uber eats buy 1 get 1 free deal. Its misleading and false advertising. In store it's $14.50 for a large jerk chicken but on Uber eats you advertise a buy 1 get 1 free special and charge $30. How does that make sense? If it was truly buy 1 get 1 free, it would cost $14.50, not $30 before fees n taxes. Disappointing!!

Chef Richard and staff are very friendly, great atmosphere ! Jerk chicken, rice n peas, oxtail gravy, jalapeños, coleslaw, pickled onions is my go to ! Spicy beef patties are for sure a favourite off the menu Check them out if you’re in the area !
Best jerk chicken in Durham. Portions are big, food is delicious & reasonably priced. We can get a big lunch for 2 for under $35.
Bonus points for doing boneless jerk chicken that isn’t too spicy!
