I ordered 2 chicken sliders with fries and a drink when I got my order I looked at it to see if it was right and it wasn't even together and the person who served me was deziree I also got alot of attitude and an eye roll when we said to wait so we could get our other card to pay

After coming to this location for a few months now. Ordered the same thing ever time. French dip with cheddar slices not Swiss. All of a sudden today the guy on the drive thru wouldn't make the change to my sandwich and said they have never done it. Won't let me talk to a manger about the issue. Definitely will be spending my money elsewhere from now on. On your menu you should have no substitutions in bold letters
Pretty good location, order area is a little cramped, bathrooms could use an upgrade, but otherwise a good place. Nice to see managers taking the time to properly train staff and not pass it off to other workers to do it.

I went to Oshawa to get me some Arbys. Very glad I did. Same great taste and love those curly fries. I would again travel an hour to satisfy my cravings. Love them. Great and clean store. Nice and clean bathrooms too.🤩❤️

Very rare Arby's restaurant. Always liked their sandwiches and curly fries. The girl in charge of the fries was smiling but the front cashiers weren't smiling. Prices are higher than average fast food restaurant but the uniqueness of the menu leads to an occasional visit 😋
