Good spot when you’re craving something different from the usual fast-food lineup. The roast beef sandwiches are stacked well, the curly fries are always crispy, and the sauces add a nice extra kick. I ordered a 3 cheese and bacon sandwish and this is what I got. This is a huge disappointment that they did not get my order right after i drove across 2 cities to get it. Im still trying to understand what kind of shitty sandwish did this person made me? My meal cost me almost $20 and i didnt get what i wanted.

I had a terrible experience at the Arby’s in Oshawa. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior and a lack of customer service. To make things worse, I witnessed racist comments that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the brand’s reputation. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I do not recommend this location unless they address these serious issues.
