The burritos were enjoyable, but the overall experience was impacted by an unprofessional incident. An older blonde woman, who appeared to be the owner, came out from the back and stared to lecture the employee preparing our food in front of us. This created an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere, as she continued to interrupt him while he was clearly focused on completing our order. Additionally, she began preparing food while wearing an outdoor jacket, which seemed out of place....
Nancy served us and she was amazing. We go here all the time for lunch after classes and it never disappoints us! Food is always perfect and the costumer service is great! Would definitely recommend
After being many years since I’ve had a burrito from bang bang and the nostalgia from collage, I really enjoyed their burritos, hot sauces, and premium toppings! Let me start by saying service and the employee were fantastic good for making small talk and took the time to make my burrito with care! The toppings were great looked fresh and very appetizing!
