I’m a regular customer at Bar Burrito and have always appreciated the great service and quality food. However, during my todays visit, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from an employee named Candace. Unfortunately, her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant and left me unsure about completing my order. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I genuinely enjoy coming here and would love to continue doing so with the same positive service I’ve experienced in the past.

I recently visited bar burrito and was served by praveen and carolin. They did fabulous job for my burrito, too delicious..!!! They maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout my visit, which enhanced the overall dining experience. Their excellent service turned a regular meal into an enjoyable experience. My weekends are always dedicated to finding new places to explore food and this weekend was Bar Burrito at Windfields. Being a vegetarian, it is always a task to figure out what to eat but Kat explained all the veggie options as well as student deals. Her service was on point as she also recommnded the falafel option with bang bang sauce which was to die for. I highly recommend the food and the service here. Will be back with friends!!
