As others have mentioned, the hospitality is excellent. The restaurant wasn't busy on a Monday evening, but I imagine the same great service holds when it's full. The decor is premium and well maintained. I enjoyed my fish taco, though the dipping sauce tasted like HP sauce. The Korean cauliflower was good but another minute or two in a hotter oven would make it better. The steak was fine. The chicken Caesar needed help: thick parmesan slices, weak dressing, and soft “croutons”. I'll likely return but will stick to a burger or something simpler.

I ordered the turkey burger, but asked for sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. For $26, I don't feel it's worth the price, especially since it's more of a pub-style menu item. If you're going to offer regular pub food, the pricing should be more reasonable. On the positive side, their sticky pudding is excellent. This was my second time ordering it, and although it arrived overheated, they replaced it right away when we let them know—which I appreciated. Overall, the food is good, but in my opinion, the turkey burger just isn't worth the cost.

The menu here is excellent — great variety, and I especially appreciated seeing cider on the list along with some gluten-free options. The outdoor patio is a highlight, with heaters and TVs that make it perfect for hockey season. Unfortunately, our experience was dampened when my partner's sunglasses were stolen while we were here. The staff's response wasn't very supportive, which was disappointing given how otherwise welcoming the place feels.

My Husband ordered steak and he said it was tasty but not a steak he would order again. He would prefer a steak be smaller and thicker than thin and long. We also tried Baxter's Landing because we received a gift card and wanted to use it but we were unable to make the e-gift card work, disappointing. Our waitress was Meredith and she was lovely. Attentive to our wishes and brought us a dessert for our Anniversary.

We are starting understand what the "Landings" Chain has to offer - and for the most part - and once again we were not disappointed. Once again the Service was "Excellent" - Ashlyn M. was super friendly and did everything she could to make sure our dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable - she could not have been nicer. Just a minor issue with one of the Sides - but that was quickly taken care of. Thank You Baxter's Landing Oshawa - hope to see you again soon!

This is our second time visiting Baxter's Landing. The reason for the second visit is simply because we LOVED the food the first time. Our second visit did not disappoint. The food is amazing, the service is wonderful, food comes out quickly and the servers are very attentive to our needs. It would be nice to have the music level a couple of notches lower so people can have a normal volume conversing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will definitely visit for a 3rd time.

The loaf of bread to start was delicious! Kids had the Hamburger, wife has the Pepperoni Pizza, and I had the Peruvian Chicken Salad. All of the meals were delicious and well portioned. Our waitress was wonderful and the service was above average.

The customer service and support leading up to our event was amazing. We were hosting our daughter's birthday party and the restaurant accommodated an increase in our attendees and separate dining spaces for friends and family. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed the night. I've dined here twice now, and both times have been fantastic. Highly recommend and many thanks to Mark and the restaurant team for the great hospitality.

We appreciated the manager talking to us about gluten free options and precautions the kitchen staff take to avoid cross contamination with gluten. Thank you for having a dedicated gluten free fryer! That gives us so many more options! Our server was kind and helpful when my son accidentally spilled his drink. The kids loved the gluten free individually wrapped brownies. They often have to go without at other restaurants because there is no safe option for them. Customers with medically required dietary restrictions are very loyal when treated well. We will be back because our needs were handled so well. Thank you!

We had a great experience here. First time coming and it was awesome! The food was excellent and very filling as well as fun and exciting. Our kids danced while they ate because the music is on point. Very cool fun vibe. Our server David was very friendly and helpful with our menu. The whole team here was very fun and easy going. We will be coming back often.
Once seated, ordered food and drink for lunch. 40 mins later no food. The server never checked in on us. No reason for delay. We left without eating. I would suggest going to Kelsey's next door for better service. I cannot comment on the food taste or quality, but we were very disappointed to miss out on the special Spanish menu.
