I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Chris and Laura for helping me host my mom’s 80th birthday celebration. From our initial meeting to the day of the event, the entire experience was exceptional. Chris and Laura were incredibly helpful and accommodating with all of my requests, making the planning process smooth and stress-free.

On the day of the event, everything was perfectly prepared just as discussed. The platter orders were brought out on time and were absolutely delicious. Our hostess was warm, attentive, and checked in with us throughout the day, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.

I couldn't have been happier with the food, the staff, and the overall success of this special day. Thank you again, Chris and Laura, I truly appreciate all your support and effort in making this celebration so memorable.

I’ve been to Bollocks Pub a few times, but after this last visit, I won’t be returning to this location.

The chicken wings were dry and cold, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the service was awful—no napkins were brought with our starter, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other and being on their phones than serving customers. It genuinely felt like we were an inconvenience to them. When we left, we said “bye” and “thank you” and were completely ignored by the three servers. The only person who acknowledged us was the bartender, which I appreciated.

It’s a real shame because the North Whitby location is amazing. Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t meet the same standard.

Not sure how you completely screw up a delivery order of kids Mac and cheese and pizza with an order of wings and veggie sticks. Pretty sure the boxes would be quite different. Way to not double check the order and then not answer the phone to make it right. Good on Skip for refund but now we’re stuck with food we didn’t want.

Fantastic food, friendly staff and lots of familiar faces on a weekly basis. Manager Chris knows how to throw a fun evening any night of the week.

We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with a large group at Bollocks and had an amazing evening! Everyone from the managers to the wait staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and well presented and the cost was very fair for what was served. Our friends and family enjoyed the whole evening and many memories were made. Call Laura or Chris there to book your next party! Thanks Bollocks!!

First off, I would like to say I have been here many times and have never been disappointed or had a bad experience, until tonight. The bartender (curly blond hair) was awful. I have never written a negative review in my life and am now writing one so that should say 1000 words! We entered and sat for 10 minutes until we finally approached the bar for service because she didn’t seem to care to serve us. When I asked about what beer they had in bottles or cans, I was told, “nothing because we suck” to which I then ordered a beer and was then asked if I wanted bottle or draft. We were not offered menus or anything else and then sat back down at table we were at. When we were about halfway thru our drinks she came over to tell us that cops just pulled over another patron outside and walked away. (Weird) Didn’t ask if we needed anything at all. Finished our drinks and then watched her chat with others at the bar, not looking over or coming over just ignored. At one point she gave a bill to the table beside us and still didn’t check in. We then watched her make a drink assumably for a customer but nope, stood there and drank it and still no engagement so we finally got up and left. By the way, she didn’t say goodnight, thank you or anything. She seemed irritated that we were even there. I can honestly say, if I ever return and see her behind the bar, I will turn around and leave. With that said, most of the staff I have been served by in the past were great, especially Chris…. He’s hands down amazing and frankly the only reason I MAY return, but again will walk out if I see her. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever had…. ANYWHERE. I hope the owner is reading this so they know the kind of staff they hired that has pushed away a long time customer. Everyone has “off” nights but this was downright rude and terrible service. The selection on money spent is a bit funny as we would have spent more if we were actually offered anything. As for dishes I would recommend… again, I can’t as I wasn’t offered food!

Came here with my man for wing night and this place did not disappoint! The wings are fantastic, love the flavour selection, especially the ghost pepper!
Fish and chips are also really good as well.

I would be nice if they had some zero alcohol beer options and I didn't have to spend $5 on a small glass of ginger ale.
