Disturbing Experience with Booster Juice Manager on BOGO Day reaching out to share an incredibly upsetting experience I had at this store on the evening of November 14 I have been a loyal, dedicated fan of Booster Juice since I was fifteen years old, always advocating for this brand and recommending this location to friends. However, after this recent experience, I am genuinely heartbroken to say that I can no longer see myself supporting this establishment. It was BOGO Day, and I went in with enthusiasm, hoping to enjoy my usual drink with an extra protein shot. Since I often customize my drinks with extra protein, I had a simple question: would I need to pay for the add-ons in the free drink as well? I asked the manager politely, but what followed left me stunned and deeply hurt. She came up close, looked me up and down, and asked, “Are you stupid? Does that make any sense to you?” Her mocking tone, paired with that belittling stare, made me feel humiliated, sparking a severe anxiety response that led to tears. I was so shaken that I broke down and cried for nearly an hour. This encounter didn’t just ruin my evening—it left me emotionally devastated. Even after I mustered the courage to order my drink again around nine forty-five, I was still visibly upset, talking through tears and tissues. Despite everything I went through, there was no effort on her part to apologize, comfort, or offer any compensation. I felt that, at the very least, after experiencing such harsh treatment, the drink should have been a courtesy. I don’t believe that any customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect and emotional insensitivity, especially over a simple question. As a lifelong fan of Booster Juice, I am deeply saddened to feel unable to continue supporting a brand I once loved. noone should have to go through the emotional distress that I endured. I hope you understand the gravity of this experience and consider measures that could help restore faith for customers like myself in Booster Juice.
Edit: Manager is trying to coverup fault also hypothetically speaking it doesn't matter what the question was the way I was treated was disgusting and their are witnesses

The establishment offers a commendable experience, though it can be somewhat overwhelming for first-time visitors. I sampled the Berry Blast (Power Plus), which was satisfactory. As with any venue, it's essential to place your trust in the staff, hoping to receive the value you expect. However, it can be challenging to ascertain this without careful observation..

I wasn't craving dessert, nor did I need an energy boost. What I was looking for was something more refreshing and cleansing, yet still satisfying. For $5, I received a shot of apple cider vinegar mixed with coconut water and turmeric. While it's a healthy option, surely we can offer something even more effective and enjoyable, don't you think? I ended up leaving today without purchasing anything because of how bad the service was. I’m allergic to almonds and I usually get the Funky Monkey smoothie. Every single Booster Juice I’ve gone to before today, replaces the chocolate almond milk with regular skim milk and cocoa powder to accomdate this allergy. They do so without issue or extra charge. The lady though today at this location kept trying to charge me extra for putting cocoa powder which has never happened at any other location. I kept explaining it was for allergy and she still kept insisting on charging extra so I left. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm a fan of booster juice and i was just at this location and ordered a fresh juice with an egg wrap.. the lady serving me had a very sad and angry face while taking my order. I felt very insecure ordering. The whole experience was pretty bad!
