I am a daily customer. Today the service was not great and I was served a not even full booster juice. I pay 9.71 a day and this does not make me happy. The girl that served it to me rolled her eyes when I noticed it wasn't full enough.

Walked In at 8:58 with the sign saying open and they were serving someone and I got told that they are closed.I rushed over there and to be denied service before 9 is extremely bad customer service.

Visited this branch for the 1st time and I had a very bad customer service, Mg wife and child got in at 8:35 and placed an order for a Tahiti and by 8:37, while we were still at the store placed a 2nd order for a strawberry lemonade, the girl at the counter (urumi) said "sorry we are closed and that I washed my juicer", so I asked her isn't the store open till 9:00 pm?, she hesitantly said Yes, but I washed my juicer although i was in the store, after a bit of a chat , she said she can make one . Having sales staff like these makes your store loose customers. Very disappointed by this service

When I pay for a Nuttin better and extra whey protein, it hurts to watch your employees grab the scoop and pick up half a serving of whey in each scoop. This is just ignorant, I paid for double whey and sometimes I see the staff looking at the next customer and scoop the portion of whey for my order. It might not be important to all customers but the ones that want to actually get the 60 grams of protein and pay the $15 it’s important. I’m not the type to create an awkward situation, which is why I’m leaving a comment/review so your team can fix this. Thanks.
