Huge thank you to the staff. Had a party of 25. We took up half the dinning room for my daughter's birthday. The manager accommodated us before the dinner rush and the food and service was amazing! Thank you to everyone for putting up with a bunch of 6 year Olds. You are all a phenomenal bunch. Our waitress was perfect in every way. She did not miss a beat. Thank you all!

Do not even bother ordering the fish tacos!!! They are filled to the brim woth coleslaw and only have two one inch pieces of fish on top (which was way overcooked). Incredibly disappointing!

While the food was good the temperature in the building is ridiculously cold. The whole dining room has their winter coats on. I don’t think I’ll be back if I can’t enjoy a warm environment to eat my meal.

They seated us with our two kids and we waited for 15 minutes. No drink ordered at all even so we just left. We won’t be coming back.

We saw other customers get seated with drinks ordered to them before us and we felt negative about the experience. Our kids filled the booklet you gave us and we really weren’t tracking the time.

We did a celebrity server at this location. I must say extremely disappointing. There was zero direction from the staff to let the families know to put their receipts in a box. As many families were not told what to do with their receipts. Amount of money everyone spent to the return is horrible here. We have done it in the Bowmanville location and it was properly run. My wife and I frequent this location about once every two weeks. (Minimum $50/visit) in the last two weeks we have been there twice in the bar area to watch the Raptors. We had to keep our winter jackets on and even put our hat on because it is so cold. This last time there were four other people harassing the bartender about how cold it was. We will go one more time and if it is like this, it will be our last. I will update my review within the week. This review is directed solely for the proprietor as it is not a setting of the temperature that is the issue. The service is amazing and they have no way of turning the heat up.

Wings were not good man. The franchise or corporate needs to fix that. 19.00 for pigeon wings is ridiculous.
Don’t sweat on not coming here - the vibe is great - the servers are excellent and the drinks are cold. Just stay away from the wings.
