Most amazing Chicken and waffle I’ve ever eaten. Homemade waffles, with tasty chicken breast and a side of there yummy crinkle fries, topped off with a coleslaw kind of salad.
Raj and team takes time to make sure his yummy spices and presentation will keep you coming back for more!!!! Only open from May to October, definitely worth the wait! I will be visiting again, many times through out the season!!!

Bourbon Street Chicken Truck (The Coop Out) serves amazing food with friendly, quick service. The chicken sandwich was not hot at all, but the chicken and waffles had the customer audibly saying "mmmm." The homemade ketchup is amazing and should be sold. The lobster mac & cheese is the best ever, loaded with lobster and the perfect amount of cheesy. The roasted corn is also a favorite. Chicken on a waffle was great, with perfect seasoned fries and a nice, sweet waffle. The chicken tacos combo is flavourful with well-seasoned fries, and the bourbon Louisiana chicken sandwich is also recommended. The bourbon style chicken and waffles combo tasted amazing, with sweet waffle, crispy chicken tenders, and fries with masala. The food is worth the price. Customers will definitely return and highly recommend.
