Parking: BRGRS is a cool little local burger joint in Oshawa offering delicious burgers and fries (that's what we tried).We were on our way East and were hungry and stopped here to stave off the stomach grumbles.Burgers were very tasty, hot, and made with fresh toppings. The fries were also quite good (and our kids are pretty picky with fries).Prices were reasonable and the folks behind the counter were friendly and helpful.If we found ourselves in that neighbourhood again we wouldn't hesitate to revisit!

I was there last night [May 14, 2023] and was not impressed with what I saw. The three staff members were not acting professionally. They were joking and calling out among themselves while starting to close for the day. The worst thing I witnessed [and I don't know why I didn't say anything about it] was when the cook picked out the frozen chicken from the cooler WITH HER BARE HAND! Have the rules changed?

I wouldn’t suggest eating at this place. The tables are sticky, varnished particle board and the whole dining area seems like it’s either half done or half way done being torn down. The AC is set to super cold. The service is very slow and inaccurate. We order burgers with onion rings. Half an hour of waiting with only 2 others in the place and our order was wrong. We were given fries and not onion rings and instead of apologizing. She kept saying “I didn’t charge you for onions rings” without making any effort to take the fries back and send the cook out proper order. We had been driving for a while and we’re starving so instead of getting to food we wanted we just kept the fries. They were hard, barely warm and very anemic looking. The burger was good, not fantastic and not bad….. all in all just a bad experience.

I went there with high expectations and I had a terrific experience, spoiling one of my special days ! The girl at the desk was very rude, and did not even smile back. I figured she can smile and she actually knows customer service, when a white customer walked in. The food was okay, but the atmosphere felt like it was not welcoming at all. We ended up taking our order out and ate in the car!Ps - If you don't have a white accent, pls enter at your own risk.Management pls make sure your food has no discrimination.

The food was not so good. I ordered a single cheese burger, and the burger was char-broiled. I could taste the charcoal more than the other ingredients. The French fries were not that great either. The service, on the other hand was horrible. The lady at the front desk, couldn’t even greet the customer properly. She was absolutely rude which I found very irritating, since we came in to spend a beautiful evening, and she spoiled our mood.

OMG - so good! We had bacon cheese burgers, cheese burgers, grilled chicken with fries and could not be happier! The food was excellent, the value was on point, online ordering worked perfectly, and the service was right there!We live 80 miles away but already planning when we can come back!

My go to burger place in Oshawa! The hamburgers are delicious and are clearly homemade, the fries are handcut, and the hot dogs are also surprisingly amazing as well! I've only ubered them but one day I'd love to visit their location!

They don’t deserve any stars when they first opened I tried there food and it was good came back after ,staff is horrible the cashier should be the person that represents the company there for he or she should polite,respectful,friendly, and welcoming except it was the contraey cashier had no idea how to run a debit machine the cashier was hugging,touching,flirting with the staff then she phoned someone to help her with the debit machine she used vulgar language in front of my 9 year old never apologized for her behaviour she mixed all the customers and didn’t know who placed the order first I was so mad I wanted to leave but I stayed for the food when the food finally came I’ve never ever in my life tasted the worst poutine in the world until today the poutine was the consistency of water I was devastated with the service and the food at this place that I will never come back and it will not surprise me if it goes out of business

Food was good but not fantastic, burgers were big but not much flavour. Better than McD’s but it’s missing some flavour, seasoning, not sure if it’s just low fat & salt and that’s why. The staff was great! The place looked really clean. But I don’t think it was worth the $$.Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers, fries, onion rings .. etcParking: Lots of parking . Has its own parking lot

Whole family tried this restaurant for the first time today. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. The burgers were okay, nothing remarkable though. The fries were overcooked and way too much skin on them. The chicken fingers were overcooked and so dried out that they were inedible. The onion rings were pretty much the only really good thing we ordered. Almost $100 for four with a tip. That's a lot of money to end up being underwhelmed. We won't be back.
