The wings had a lot of blood in them, asked about it and was told by chef that it's perfectly normal but I just couldn't get past it..other then that great place and great service, the margarita drinks where amazing!!!!?

Great service and tasty hot food ! Thick, juicy burgers, accompanked with yummy pulled beef brisket. Wings are good sized, and have all the crispy goodness you'd expect. The Electric Lemonade cocktail is a refreshing, fruity tasting cocktail with the perfect hint of the vodka mixed in. Beer on tap tastes fresh and flavorfull.Only small dissapointment is they were sold out of bottles of Garlic Parmesan wing sauce. Bird Dawgs operates out of this place. Who ever checks the orders for delivery needs their eyes checked. Ordered fries with my order, no fries with it. Arrived ice cold again (previous order a month ago arrived cold, figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt).I live literally 3 minutes from the place(didn't want to go out). For what you are charging for a meal it could at least have everything that is ordered with it, and arrive at least warm.

Never reserved a spot. Alicia the Waitresses was really nice. Her service was warm and friendly.She placed our order to perfection. We ordered three types of Wings. Thai Barbecue and Honey. They were made to my complete satisfaction. The size was perfect as well. I asked Alicia to take a picture of my friend Lynn and I (Anthony). She was more than happy to do that.Now that I think about it the Atmosphere was actually awesome. The wings tasted great.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend had a disability though he could still walk. Glad we found a spot nice and close. He could barely stand to long in this picture. It's important to ensure these types of customers are given the extra attention they deserve. That really shows how well the service is in a Restaurant.

Behind the scenes they feel that their employees are expendable. I would never recommend working with the management that exists at the one in Oshawa. No breaks unless you do a split shift. Their 5 hour shift where they don’t have to give u a break always turns into a 6-8 hour shift with no break given. And they seem to do you more dirty when you speak your mind!!!
Went to BWW around 6pm, ordered food and drinks. The food was good, and this usually doesn’t happen but tonight my friend and I literally got pushed out of the dining room by 8:15, saying it was closing. We were the only ones that were told that because other tables were just ordering or getting their food. It was a slow night so there wasn’t people waiting to be seated, I didn’t understand the need to rush us out. Anyways, we left. It was awkward, probably won’t be back until the embarrassment settles.

Always good, my only complaint is the menu on the delivery apps. Because you no longer allow written modifications, I think it would be really helpful to your customers to add blue cheese, ranch, and southwestern ranch to your sauce & seasonings section. Normally I’d add something else, modify it to be what I wanted, but I’m unable to do this now.

Just finished eating dinner here at BWW. Great wings, and the Pretzels rock!! Service was incredible. Jessica stayed on top of everything our entire stay and had great knowledge of the menu. Service like this is few and far between. Good job BWW. We will be back!!!

Worst food experience and experience ever! We ordered our food and that was the last time we saw our server until it was time to go. I should mention the server asked if we wanted carrots and celery or just one or the other with our boneless wings. She did not say it was an extra charge or we wouldn’t have accepted it. The boneless wings were over cooked and this made them very dry. The Caesar salad was definitely made hours earlier and completely soggy. We waited and waited and waited and waited and you guessed it, waited some more to ask our server for new items, yet she never came. My husband tried to flag her down, but she purposely turned her back. Not one table check.We FINALLY have her come and tell her about the food. She has the manager take off the salad but they charge us for the veg we didn’t ask for. We ask to speak to the manager and explain the situation. He offers us a 15 credit for the next time we come back. The next time?! How about don’t be disingenuous and I would have considered coming back.Then the server comes once the manager leaves all condescending and says “Sorry I didn’t check on you more, I thought I was doing it enough.” Seriously?! You took our order, brought some drinks, (another girl brought the other bevy’s and then didn’t come back once after you took our order!!!!).I have been in the restaurant industry for years and the service from the manager and server was appalling.And I should mention it was the Oshawa location tonight at Taunton and Harmony.
