Visited this branch Sunday the 14th around 10 : 00pm. Starting from the service ,the customer service from this branch was very poor. To begin with,The employees weren't cooperative .The burger that we got was cold and the quantity for onion ring was too small for the price we paid,was hoping much better service and food.

They shut off the phones 1 - 1:30 hours before closing so no one make any orders and when i pulled into the store to place my order , the guy told me that i would have to wait 20-30 mins before he can start the grill because “ he just cleaned the grill for closing and he wants to go home on time”
He also said that the phones are working now when i pulled in complaining that I couldn’t place my order (hmm…) but they still cannot take orders because he wants to go home on time.
Absolutely unacceptable, why are you even open or working? If you don’t want to work, you should quit and give someone else the job.

The burgers are delicious and fresh, so are the fries and the funnel cake. The meat is never frozen and minced onsite. Overall a clean and well managed place and the staff is very friendly and the service is on point. Go to burger spot in Oshawa for me.

Went to one of these in Scarborough first time the one in Oshawa. The staff was amazing. They even did a “custom“ order for me. It was very efficient from the order to the pick up. It was Great customer service, something you don’t see much anymore. Food tastes amazing. A+ plus highly recommend
