Have been going to this location since I was a child. Now at 36 I take my children there. I hope with the new renovations we see more classic Burger King come back. Loving the new logo. This location always has a nice staff and the food is pretty good. One of the best Burger Kings in Durham for service and food. Definitely recommend over McDonald's. Seating is larger and with children or elderly it's useful.

Absolute bullshit. Guy who served us was rude and gave us the wrong food, when we took it back he said “ have you touched it “ we said no. He proceeded to rewrap the food infront of us and handed it out the drive thru window to someone else. Teach your staff about HYGIENE AND SAFETY. Wouldn’t touch the place with a 10-foot pole. Go to McDonald’s instead

Worst service. Been in drive thru for more than 7-8 mins only for a sandwich and it wasn’t even busy at all. I asked if I can go around the restaurant at front and you can drop my food there. They insisted to wait here at the drive thru. Never coming back here for sure!
If your open 24/ 7 please give options for take out for people who come by walk. Only drive thru is not far

Shrinkflation has hit everywhere obviously. $30 for a whopper combo and original chicken sandwich. Both of which were much smaller than normal.

Our recent experience here was uncomfortable to say the least. While we waited for our order, there were 5 previous customers who's orders were all wrong. One so upset he slammed his hands on the counter.
Love this burger king. We have not had any complaints from this location
