I would put 5 stars because sometimes it is great i't all depends on who is working there is one staff member a tall skinny man brown with short hair I do not know his name but sometimes my husband and I like to go get a night time snack the 5.50 whopper junior meal hits the spot. or the big whopper meals. other workers fill the fry bag up hot fresh fries he puts like literally 8 to 10 fries in the the little bag they come in. I understand it's a small fry but the bag is not even full if we ask for extra napkins or even mayo it is an issue and only puts 1 for 2 people. even tho ask for a few He makes you feel like your asking for to much and like your nasty for asking. I took a chance and went tonight literally 10 fries in the bag and overly salted half the bag is empty I'm spending my money at your restaurant I want the fries to be filled in the bag and if I ask for more napkins and condiments like mayo and ketchup you shouldn't be just giving one literally just 1 he acts like he is paying for it they are free. we stopped going to this one restaurant because of that worker there is some awesome other workers there and they are great happy to do there job and don't make you feel like your nasty for asking for mayo really not happy with the service was not satisfied at all he.

I want to share my recent experience at the drive-thru. I had already said I was okay waiting 7 minutes for my order, and I agreed to that. However, I realized I made a mistake with my order, and while picking it up, I asked if I could change the burger. I understand that this might be frustrating, but the staff member responded with a very poor attitude, which was disappointing. I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble just requested a simple change and was willing to wait for it. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to help improve customer service moving forward.
Always used the drive through on whopper days. But check your order before leaving the window as they tend to put in wrong items. Fries haxe 2 X salt.

Had the chicken combo at Burger King. The burger was fine but definitely not spicy like I ordered seemed like it had sweet sauce instead. Fries were hit or miss, some soggy, some alright, and the portion felt small. Hot chocolate tasted bland, like unsweetened cocoa in water. Overall, pretty average.

Went through drive thru, ordered whopper combo; no cheese, plain. Arrived home with inedible burger with cheese. The wrapper is marked no cheese. When I called the store they offered to refund the burger if I return to the store. Told person on the phone I'm 75 years old and can't get back to the store. Offered to give credit next time I go there but I told her won't be back because I was moving up north. Her answer was to hang up
