If I could leave zero stars, I would went there to eat with my family and found hair in my meal, asked for a refund and was refused and was told I was harassing them because I was asking for a refund the absolutely disgusting service and disgusting food will not be returning

I’ve been a loyal Burger King fan for years—it’s always been my favorite fast food chain. But this particular location has completely let me down.
The burgers consistently taste pre-cooked, stale, and microwaved. There’s no freshness to them. They feel like they were made hours ago and just reheated before serving. To make it worse, the staff seems to go overboard with the mayo every time, which throws off the entire taste.
Out of countless visits over the past year, I can count maybe three times where the burger actually seemed grilled and fresh. Most of the time, it feels like they’re pulling burgers from a container instead of cooking them to order.
It’s honestly so frustrating, especially when I can walk right across the street to Harvey’s and get a burger that’s fresh, juicy, and made to order.
I kept giving this BK location a chance, hoping things would improve, but enough is enough. I won’t be back until they start making their burgers fresh to order. It’s a shame—bad food quality like this can ruin the love I have for the brand.
