Last week i came at front to order crispy chicken combo around 3:45 pm on teusday and store was quiet busy i think they were running the store with less staff and i waited 15 min for just one combo and i asked the manager at front how long and she replied sir we are busy i understand that they guys were busy but i have been waiting for 15 min for one combo and she started yelling at the staff working in the kitchen instead of just helping them out ... i dont think so that was the way to talk to your staff .. as far as i saw her name tag it was *MARINE* if i am not wrong !!! I have no idea why aje waa rushing out the customers.. we are paying for the food we are not getting it for free She doesnt knw how to deal with the customers and she doesnt knw how to talk to her staff as well !!! I dont think so food place is right fit for her!!!! I will not recomend this place to anybody from next time !!!! I literally had horrible experience with that lady manager!

Usually, I go to this location and most of the time the service is great! :) the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a special on Wednesday to use your crown points for a Whopper combo meal and even though the app showed the option to redeem the points for the whopper meal it would still charge you the full price. We went to the restaurant and the kiosk did not allow to redeem our crown points either. That was a bit disappointing because that option was advertised in the app.

Absolute garbage representation of Burger King. Okay, I don't even really eat fast food, if I do, it's burger king. It seems to be the one place I can generally find that isn't impacted by today's atrocious hiring standards. From my experience, I've had numerous items be wrong at this location through Uber or doordash and I rarely complain...
Now, I have to pay for their mistakes. Not them. If I wasn't ordering delivery, 35% or more of meals I've ordered from Burger King would be returned to them. I'd get a refund or make them remake it properly. I don't pay for things that I don't get, no one should, that's basically theft.
Anyway, this place continues to never replace anything they mess up. I'm tired of being ripped off and usually I do my best to leave positive reviews but in this case, I highly recommend you stay away.
They will steal from you and laugh in your face.

Food came fast, but was not very good. Patty was old, fries were cold, mayo didn’t taste right, ghost pepper ranch was good though. Would not recommend.

The food was mediocre at best and the drive thru is just awful it takes forever. Theirs always a Asian lady who works there who has always been rude. I’ve noticed this in a lot of the staff members and I think they should just shut this place down and leave it out of its misery.
