This burger king is the worst in oshawa. I am so displeased with everything about my visit. To start off, behind the counter the staff here are so unsanitary, miserable, and rude to customers. super unorganized as-well. i get if someone is having a bad day, but giving unnecessary attitude is just weird. one staff member is basically unable to speak english, and touches the food with his bare hands after handling money and such. anyway thats all

I was here at Wednesday evening. Even though it was very crowded inside and there were a lot of takeout orders, the kitchen girl in the orange T-shirt moved around the kitchen very fast and I received my order very quickly, and they fulfilled my cooking requests. I come here often in the evenings. I like that the managers have selected a staff that gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and I love their special offers.

Food was everything we expected, but I’ve got to say that this is the first time at this location in several years that we had an exceptional person serving us. Most of our previous experiences there, the staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else.I believe his name is Hakeem. He was full of smiles and even tried to sell us on their pies lol. Burger King can learn something from this young man who seemed very happy to be working there.

NEW REVIEW: I live for a good redemption story. Whoever hired HAKEEM was genius. He really helped me with an order when I was really really unwell. He made sure everything was right. Also there is a young blonde hair man who works the drive-thru overnight and we were a lot to handle the other night and not only did he handle us he was laughing with us and made my drink special to order (now I’m obsessed- but I guess so is everyone else it was sold out today). Soaring Strawberry Lemonade mixed with Sprite DAYUMMMMMM. I thought about deleting the bad review HOWEVER no, it means more that they made me come and take the time to change my opinion and it was a long time ago and probably that staff was replaced when they did that nice renovation. Anyways even the girls at the window are always nice they are all nice (I go thru a lot I’m close by and it is 24 hours and I have 20 year old kids who always want food in the middle of the night). Signing up for the BK Canada rewards is worth it because I’ve already got a free FULL combo and a bunch of side items. They are not cheap with the “crowns”. Amazing turnaround yall! PS do not take the Mozza fries away like you did the pickle nuggets because I still miss those delicious MFs -LOL // This was my OLD review:worst customer service 😞 have to hold on to $35 dollars worth of bad food to bring them to prove they messed up. Not one apology. Never again. Would rather spend my money at McDonalds
Excellent staff until the one went home...then the restaurant was empty and I patientally waited for someone to acknowledge me for washroom key. No employees to be found. Finally recieved the one key for washroom 1, even though I needed the acessible washroom. I did not care and needed to go badly. I tried the key in all 3 doors. It did not move, turn or anything. The handle went up and down that was it. I attempted without key, shoved on the door. Everything, tried to ask again and noone came to the front. I set the key down and it was still there by the time I ran to firehouse subs and back..they didnt even make sure they got the key back! As far as I'm aware. Its probably still sitting there. PLEASE fix your washrooms

They always have nice friendly people working the drive thru in the late night hours. They are doing their best. I think management should hire more staff for quicker service and not underdone fries.

The staff are always friendly to me, however the fries are always hard and cold they have been sitting ir they were dunked in oil 2 times so when I go I ask for fresh fries and fresh burger so everything is hot nothing beats a hot whopper

Washrooms broken!?
