Ordered on DoorDash and because we weren't in-store guests we end up with rotten lettuce on my wife's meal absolutely disgusting, how is this store even still running. Get new staff or close waste of money

I will never be going to this location again I got the SpongeBob meal. The cheese tots were cold. The pineapple drink had black hair is all in it. So when I called the place to tell them, he said to come back and I had to work so I can’t drive all the way back and I wasn’t gonna waste my gas. Then he says bring your receipt in next time you come in, but they never gave me my receipt. And he told me there’s nothing he can do for me, which I find absolutely ridiculous because it’s not my fault they didn’t give me my receipt at least with McDonald’s they give you the receipt on the bag. Very disappointed. Waste of my time and money.

This burger king is the worst in oshawa. I am so displeased with everything about my visit. To start off, behind the counter the staff here are so unsanitary, miserable, and rude to customers. super unorganized as-well. i get if someone is having a bad day, but giving unnecessary attitude is just weird. one staff member is basically unable to speak english, and touches the food with his bare hands after handling money and such. anyway thats all

I was here at Wednesday evening. Even though it was very crowded inside and there were a lot of takeout orders, the kitchen girl in the orange T-shirt moved around the kitchen very fast and I received my order very quickly, and they fulfilled my cooking requests. I come here often in the evenings. I like that the managers have selected a staff that gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and I love their special offers.

Food was everything we expected, but I’ve got to say that this is the first time at this location in several years that we had an exceptional person serving us. Most of our previous experiences there, the staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else.I believe his name is Hakeem. He was full of smiles and even tried to sell us on their pies lol. Burger King can learn something from this young man who seemed very happy to be working there.
