Chatime, this place has its own charm. The aroma of coffee and milk combined when you are in their store is just amazing.
We tried Brown Sugar Pearl Crema Milk Tea & Pearl Milk Tea. Both were great especially the former with its creamy texture.

ordered brown sugar pearls, received regular pearls since the taste of the tapioca was rllly bland, tasted nothing like brown sugar pearls. Called store, and Staff didnt know how to deal with issue, so we waited for the manager. then staffed called us back, told us that we were WRONG since the manager checked the camera on how the drink was made and they were sure that they put the brown sugar tapioca in, and the customer was wrong in the taste. Then the staff said that since we ordered the drink w no sugar, thats y the tapioca was bland. Im like ????. the brown sugar pearls is made separately mixed w brown sugar, and the drink itself can be added w extra sugar or the sugar of the drink can be adjusted since the drink has a separate sugar level set. You cant blame like that. since we made an order on ubereats, the staff told us to get the refund from uber. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, esp on BLAMING CUSTOMERS. SLOW IN RESPONSE. staff were not trained properly on how to handle w complaints and customer. EXTREMELY Disappointed.
Great drinks and easy to order on their menu screen. Love that they offer vegan options. They have eco-friendly reusable cup options, but the paper straw/plastic cup combo doesn't make too much sense to me.
