Would not recommend the owners are cheap having 1 person work during peak time and taking forever and the employee does the in-store ordering first and if you pay at cash several others orders will be done before you, be prepared to wait 30mins for 1 drink

I always order a pearl milk tea/ roasted milk tea and it’s so weird I can neveeeeeer taste any tea in my drink at THIS specific location. It just taste like sweet flavored milk ?? Something is off they’re definitely not making the drinks accurately. I hope this review is seen and they go over some training again just to resolve this issue

This one is the worst
Missing order notes
And today I tried with uber
milk roasted tea tastes like just water
This happened many times before as well
I love cha time but this location staffs needs some proper training

I picked up my order today from your location, and unfortunately, I was really dissatisfied with the drink I received. It didn’t taste like it usually does, it seemed like it was missing the milk, and tasted more like water. I’ve ordered the same drink many times before and have always enjoyed it, but today the flavour was noticeably off.

It looked like a new staff member prepared my order, and it seems there might have been a mistake in how it was made. I really miss the original taste and consistency I used to get.

Just wanted to share my feedback as a regular customer. I hope this can be addressed so I can continue enjoying my usual drink the way I always have.

1 week, and still the machines aren't working. Today I had to get a refund... couldn't even get it back on my debit. So more broken machines! Staff are always great so it's not their fault. Management needs to step up!

Tried again on Uber eats after a few months and this time the boba tastes like fish obviously there is something Unhygienic going on here

Consistently bad location. They don't pay attention to the orders. Asking for no ice, getting ice. Asking for double tapioca, getting single. Making tea takes double the time of other locations. I'm now spending an extra 20 minutes to drive to another location.
