This one is the worst
Missing order notes
And today I tried with uber
milk roasted tea tastes like just water

I love cha time but this location staffs needs some proper training

I picked up my order today from your location, and unfortunately, I was really dissatisfied with the drink I received. It didn’t taste like it usually does, it seemed like it was missing the milk, and tasted more like water. I’ve ordered the same drink many times before and have always enjoyed it, but today the flavour was noticeably off.

It looked like a new staff member prepared my order, and it seems there might have been a mistake in how it was made. I really miss the original taste and consistency I used to get.

Just wanted to share my feedback as a regular customer. I hope this can be addressed so I can continue enjoying my usual drink the way I always have.

1 week, and still the machines aren't working. Today I had to get a refund... couldn't even get it back on my debit. So more broken machines! Staff are always great so it's not their fault. Management needs to step up!

The bubble fruit tea tasted like they had other food cooking in the building with it and the scent stuck

Tried again on Uber eats after a few months and this time the boba tastes like fish obviously there is something Unhygienic going on here

Consistently bad location. They don't pay attention to the orders. Asking for no ice, getting ice. Asking for double tapioca, getting single. Making tea takes double the time of other locations. I'm now spending an extra 20 minutes to drive to another location.

It’s disheartening seeing the amount of reviews on excessive wait times and no change. I gave this Chat Time 4 chances and each time it’s been at minimum a 30 min wait for 1 drink. No fault of the staff… there is always just one person there hustling and doing the best they can and it’s absolutely not fair to them. This location needs to staff their store accordingly to provide better service. I won’t be back - no one has time to wait that long each time.

I always get the same milk teas and find that the proportions are always off at this location. Some employees make it sweet, some forget the brown sugar. I got 2 browns sugar pearl milk teas this time. The flavor of tea was missing. I think they confused the milk tea with fresh milk. Don't recommend this location for milk teas. Other flavored teas, like the pasionfruit tea is usually fine.

The Chatime took 30 minutes Time to make my drink. Because there is only one poor guy working to serve 15 people at the same Time. Please hire at least one more person just for the afternoon shift

The service has been horrible the last 2 times I have gone here. One reason is because they are always short staffed. The owner is too cheap to hire more people to deal with the excess orders.

I went a couple weeks ago and stood at the order station for 5 min while being completely ignored while the employee continued to make drinks. They saw me walk in.

Yesterday, I decided to give this location another shot but the same thing happened. The employee saw me walk in, no greeting and proceeded to ignore me for more than 5 min while they made drinks. What was the final straw was the phone rang and he immediately answered it and took an order in front of me standing there. So a customer who calls in gets better service than a customer who drove out there to order and has already waited over 5 min to be talked to I guess. I will not be returning to this location

Dont expect to recieve the promotional card if you order on Uber eats. You could order 4 large drinks and they wouldnt put it. I've ordered 3 times since January. You guys also still have the promotion listed on all your delivery app

Also they only had one guy working with more than 10 people in the store waiting plus skip / uber orders the guy did a great job but shame on the owner for being so greedy and not putting an extra staff on during high traffic hours

Only rated 1 star not because of the service, but because you need to have more staff. There was only one worker and he had to deal with all these customers alone on a busy day (valentines). Who ever does the scheduling should have some common sense and added an extra person to the schedule. I work in service and know what it’s like to be understaffed. Props to the gentleman working.
