they’re always very slow with drinks, even if you order ahead. drinks are decently made, though they tend to be incorrectly made every now and then. inside is nice and spacious. workers are meh, not friendly but not rude
I used to enjoy coming here pretty often as it is right near my house, I always get the same black milk tea with pearls. The past 4 times I have ordered my drink has been either super watery and has no taste, or the tea is so bitter/burnt it’s undrinkable. I asked for a replacement the first time but it just continues to be very inconsistent. Unfortunately won’t be returning.
It's a mortifying but still kinda nice experience when you visit a place often enough that every employee knows your name and order on sight. Everyone is super friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the pearls are consistently a nice chewable texture (sadly uncommon with boba)
I was not impressed with this location. I ordered 4 drinks which took forever. I ordered the Qq mango which never had chunks before, I asked the person working and she said it’s a new syrup and that all syrup now has chunks. I don’t believe that. I asked to switch to another drink because my son doesn’t like the mango chunks along with the Tapioca and jelly and the girl there said no. I also ordered a roasted milk tea with grass jelly. The color of my drink looks different compared to other location. I read the label and it says lactose free cream. I did not order lactose free cream. I don’t remember other chatime locations having that as their label. I will never go there again! If you go, double check your order before you leave the store.
The staff at this location are amazing. They are always doing their best at handling the amount of orders with only 2 people working.

I visited this store for the first time on a hot and sunny day. The store was clean, and the staff were friendly. We ordered the pineapple coconut slush summer specials and an ube cookie. Our order was ready promptly. My husband enjoyed his drink, but I thought mine was just okay. Unfortunately, we both found the ube cookie unappetizing; it had a strange fishy smell and didn’t taste good. If I’m in the area again, I might give it another try.

I came into the store around 2 p.m.,Sunday and there was a girl working—I don’t know her name. When I walked in, she saw me but didn’t greet or acknowledge me at all. I asked her a question about what they had, and she just told me to wait, without even trying to help. She didn’t respond after that either. But when a other customer walked in, she was very kind and gave full attention and care. That’s really unfair. The customer service I received was very poor, and I felt ignored and disrespected.

Ordered through doordash and our Brown Sugar Pearl Crema Fresh Milk [HOT] and it was cold! It has ice in it and crema was not on top. Also, our cheesecake is missing! Only received our drinks, there were four drinks with three straws? Really? Are we supposed to share straws? Very disorganized. Been waiting for my Twice-Baked Rare Cheese Tart because It has been my pregnancy cravings. Felt like crying when I didn't see the cheesecake in the bag. Spent almost $50 for all of this and this is what I got? Please do better! Doordash can’t even compensate for the cheesecake’s full price. Chat time made a mistake by forgetting to pack my stuff. You guys should compensate, not DoorDash!
