Amazing food. Not so sure about the drive through. You order before seeing the menu. I have gotten used to it but it doesn't make sense to me.

Waffle fries are great!
Not like your traditional fast-food chain of restaurants. They have an actual person taking your order in a booth, its more personable!
As they take your order, you pay for it right there. You drive around the building to grab your order. One of the team members walks your order out to your vehicle.
First-time experience, it was nice. Maybe having a secondary person taking orders simultaneously would be beneficial as we were in a long line. This location seems to have the capabilities for this suggestion to exist.
Overall, it was a great experience.
Looking forward to other drive-thru locations in the GTA.

Used to be decent when it first opened, terrible experience tonight. Placed an order, there’s a table you stand at to wait for online orders and someone behind the counter is supposed to bring it out. Waited for 15 mins before going to the counter where it was sitting for who knows how long. Ordered a spicy sandwich with extra pickles and received a soggy (yet still dry?) sandwich with no pickles. Everything was soggy and cold, extremely disappointing for a $50 meal. This location clearly no longer cares about customer service, obviously down to poor management. Save yourself the disappointment with this one and just go to the downtown location.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickles and didn't get any pickles. Never got a hello, never had anyone say thank you or have a good day. Sat there and waited for someone to bring the food out but no one did and had to go up to the counter to ask where my order was. Why have a pick up area for customers to wait if you won't use it? Lastly the waffle fries were not crispy, but soggy
